Improving Prostate health

So, I stopped the prostate protocol (above) and started taking 'Doctor's Best - Best Bladder Support veggie caps. Two months later the results are outstanding. Reduced need to urinate, especially at night - from 5 or more times down to 2 (and could possibly be less through breaking habitual behaviour). A breakthrough!

That's great to hear, Prodigal Son -- and the decrease in frequency has got to be better for your sleep too!

Agreed. It could be that the original prostate problem had an effect on the bladder, it seems. If the prostate had gotten taken care of overall, switching to the bladder support would be the next logical step - and your results seem to be pointing that way.

I agree with you SeekinTruth, and Shijing, I think you are right there, as the 'disturbed' sleep, along with other 'detoxings' seem to have been taking a toll on my energy levels - particularly where stamina is concerned over the last several months. Let's see what happens! :)

Thanks All for this thread, from last year and on I began to feel some "pressure" in the prostate area, and the need to urinate during the night.

I can't order Dr. Best formula by now, just got another product locally that contains also those ingredients 'Saw Palmetto' and 'Pygeum'. Are they Ok?

I'll give it a try, hopefully it would be enough to sleep better.

Yes, the Dr Best formula is for the bladder. The ingredients you list are standard for prostate problems. I found the biggest relief came, initially using Gaby's protocol (see first post in this thread).

Oops... Thanks, didn't read 'bladder' :)
I have to fix many things here, like occasional coffees and chocolate. Just recently I've got used to switch from ginseng 'coffee' to normal coffee because I've found that ginseng makes me sleepy and dizzy in an instant! I'm working very close to a Bar, and the temptation to have a quick one became almost addictive after a few months.

Thanks for sharing Prodigal Son. My Dad is struggling at the moment with bladder complications that have resulted in him having a temporary catheter. I've recommended the Dr's Best product to him and hope it will help.
