Increasing local military activity?

Ok, I just wanted to make a note of this, although its significance is probably minor if any.
I've noticed that there has been an increase in the number of military planes and specifically helicopters flying around the sky's in my corner of Suffolk over the last few months. Annoyingly they seem to be flying on Mondays and Thursdays when I'm doing the E-E program, although I've learnt to get on with it and ignore them so it has some bonuses.
What got me to post this was driving home from work last night to have a small military (dark green, no markings so presumably military?) helicopter fly over the dual carrage way 50 feet above the busy traffic right in front of my car! Its one of the most surreal things I've seen (I payed attention to what the other drivers near me where doing just in case they where too distracted), and because of the way the trees line the road and because it was so low it appeared to come from no where.

I know the military practice exercises sometimes but it did get me thinking maybe they are practicing here for a more specific reason.....or maybe I'm being paranoid.
The helicopters where particularly loud/close to my house last night during the E-E program too. They seem to get closer each time.

I get an increase in "noise" as well when I'm doing the program as well. At this point, I'm seeing it more as distraction than anything else. I just notice it and then let it go as you have. I'm also using it so that I can be able to practice in any situation that arises as I think that when the "time" comes and all hell is really breaking loose, I won't be so easily thrown off. If that makes sense.

I've had so many bizarre things happen to me and others in the past 2 years (not to mention what I've read) that I don't even know what paranoid is anymore! At this point, I wouldn't presume that anyone is paranoid.

I've had helicopter activity in the past as well as currently. At one point, there was thunder and lightening that seemed to get closer with each coming storm (once lightening bolt struck so close, I don't think it could have been more than 50 feet away!

I think what you're doing is pretty much all that can be done which is to keep breathing. I hope this helps a bit even though I really didn't add anything...

Is there any way to know which is supposed they are doing, well there is a Citizens Information Phone or something like this?
Maybe knowing wich is the alleged actions are underway, can give you clues of the true cause..

Hi Redfox

I live near Greenwich in SE London and get plenty of Chinooks flying over, no idea why, the military base and Woolwich has been empty for years. They also fly frequently over my place of work, in basically the "middle of nowhere", on a farm in Kent.

Suffolk has a lot air forces bases doesn't it? I have a friend who lives in Suffolk who always says it is the UFO capital of the UK
