Hello everyone, here is the post that I wrote some time ago but I didn't get answer on it:
"Hello everyone, I didn't want to start a new topic. Today, on the occasion of research to control my former operation from childhood time, it turned out that I am "sterile". But what the point is, most of my sperm are "dead" in terms of motility and there is very few of sperm. I am waiting for the results of blood tests and ultrasound. How do you think, have you encountered something like this and is there any chance for at least a partial recovery? What could it be related to? Could this show other problems in my body? Sorry for my English, later I will write more info :-) Thank you for answers"
Since that time I tried to take iodine, Aswagandha and hormone treatment by a reputable doctor. It helped a lot in percent perspective of motility but it's still under normally. Maybe is anyone here who could share their way? :-) Thank you very much for answers :-)

Maybe you could try supplementing with D-Aspartic Acid? You can find a small summary here (take a look at Human Effect Matrix):
Limited evidence for D-aspartic acid suggest an increase in fertility of men, with one study noting that a group went from no conceptions to 26.6% of subjects reporting conception over 90 days.
Improvements of sperm count in infertile men have been noted to vary between 50-100% increases over baseline.
Seminal motility is increased 50-100% in infertile men supplementing with D-aspartic acid
It seems also to be cheap:
Can you elaborate more? What is your diet? Are you exercising?

Thank you KS, I will try it :-) When I was 7 old I had surgery for wandering testicles. Now we know that it should be done earlier but at that time doctors said to my parents that they shouldn't worry about it but my parents were worried and finally they found help in national child hospitality center. I had the surgery and everything worked fine. Doctor's said that it should be okay. I was normal kid with normal level of hormones and other thing's I almost forgot about surgery. Problem started when with my wife we started to try to get baby. Doctor's said that I had the seminal level less than norm and that their motility is very low. From few years my life is very stressful. I'm taking the C vitamin, aswagandha, zinc and other minerals. Also from three month I'm taking medicine for my testosterone level because firstly doctor said that it's under normal level but later he said that my reaction for medicines is very good and it show that everything still works pretty fine in mine body. Also I'm done the genetic medical examination and it shows that everything is fine from gene perspective. In case of diet, I eat home made meals - soups, meat from chicken, pork etc., bread - it's rather normal diet but without fast food. I was doing , systematically workout before but now I work physically on my own apartment construction. I tried iodine protocol (I was taking 5% lugola) for three months but it didn't help much or I don't feel much difference also the medical examination of seminal didn't show it clearly. I'm sorry for my terrible English I hope that I wrote it in way that you could understand :-)

LCHF or keto diet + fasting would be beneficial for both of you as well. Thats the fastest way to fix your hormones naturaly.

I was researching about NAC supplementation recently, and found a study that might interest you:
In response to selenium and N-acetyl-cysteine treatment serum follicle-stimulating hormone decreased but serum testosterone and inhibin B increased. All semen parameters significantly improved with selenium and N-acetyl-cysteine treatment. Administering selenium plus N-acetyl-cysteine resulted in additive beneficial effects. A significant positive correlation existed between the seminal plasma concentrations of selenium and N-acetyl-cysteine, and semen parameters. A strong correlation was observed between the sum of the selenium and N-acetyl-cysteine concentrations, and mean sperm concentration (r = 0.67, p = 0.01), sperm motility (r = 0.64, p = 0.01) and percent normal morphology (r = 0.66, p = 0.01).
