Insecticide Exposure

I just walked barefoot through a very damp area of no-odor professional grade roach spray. It was on my feet for about 10 minutes before I learned it was more than just water. I then washed my feet with soap and water. Any recommendations for detox? Thanks.

You could do an epsom salt foot bath ASAP. Some bentonite clay and baking soda added to the salt would be beneficial.

Foot bath with Natron, or Applevinegar. Before sleep apply lavanderoil to the downside of yr toes.
