Hello,
I'm interested in making a liposome form of milk thistle so it's more bioavailable.
Because milk thistle is not very soluble in water, I read a brief allusion on another board to using alcohol as a medium for mixing milk thistle extract (silymarin 70%) and lecithin.
Does anyone have any insight as to how this might be accomplished?
Do I need an ultrasonic cleaner to do this, only using alcohol instead of water in the machine to mix things properly? Has anyone ever made a liposomal form of milk thistle?
Any advice is much appreciated.
Best,
Chrident
