The other day, came across this interview (Published on Jan 30, 2013) conducted by Ted Henry, interviewing Michael Hudak, president of the University of Science and Philosophy on Walter Russell (founder of said university) and his wife Lao. I had read one of Russell’s books, The Universal One published in 1926, yet did not know some of the back-story of how it came to be, which Hudak describes. I have also read excerpts from Walter and his wife, Lao’s book Atomic Suicide . Here is how it is described in wiki:
In his work, which seems to be based on things seeking their opposites i.e. heat seeks cold etcetera. Also spirals factor heavily, as does (when he wrote his original work starting in 1921) a universe of electromagnetism. His models (drawings and words) operate in the language of an electrical universe. In this respect, he seems to have at least put that thinking into motion while others in the field stayed well away at that time.
What really caught my interest was the “high strangeness” within certain aspects of his life. If looking at “causes”, as he explains, his life seems to have been shaped by a number of strange connections, death experiences and perhaps hyperdimensional encoding (I’ll point this out later here). What was also strange is that just before he published in the early 20’s, he sent his manuscript out to, apparently, a great number of learned scientists and there was not a reply. Curiously, of his many contacts and exchanges, it seems that Nicola Tesla shared with him as a friend on his work. It is reported that Tesla said, your work needs to be sealed for a thousand years, the world is not ready for this: Hudak discusses this aspect.

Walter Russell is also known, like others such as Leonardo, for Polymath. In his life (born May 19th, 1871 and passing on the exact day of his birth in the year 1963 at the age of 92), he seems, with evidence, to have done many different things at different times. In this respect he;
Was a painter and sculptor, having done the busts of Mark Twain, FDR and Thomas Edison (and many others – I looked for Caesar’s, however, unfortunately that was not one). At other stages, he taught music and he studied unified theory in physics, which further shaped ideas for his particular cosmology, which vortex mechanisms factor strongly. In his study of physics, as quoted in wiki: _https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Russell
Further (which can be read in articles and books), the same wiki link states:
So basically Walter wrote about some type of new age, and it does not seem to be the “new age” touted by the create your own reality crowed, which is often discussed here. Of this, in the wiki page, it is described as;
In the interview, here are a number of points related to Russell that Hudak relates:
• He was a architect (such as work on The Pierre hotel NY)
• He was president of the Twilight Club:
• Not formally educated past the age of eight
Nature was his teacher and aloneness in nature was particularly important to hear:
• At age seven, some type of “illumination” (described as an earned experience), yet other words may better describe it. Russell describes illumination as emerging from the pineal glad: center of some type of electrical connection. Hudak then describes, something similar to what the C’s have talked about, seeing like a movie projector (a collection of observations) and “you are your own projector”. This further gets into meditation, important, yet most people have a difficult time knowing where they want to go in meditation. Russell, like Manley P. Hall, describes via Hudak’s interpretation; mediation “the most difficult, arduous work one can ever perform is mediation with the greatest results ever from it.”
• Russell’s main message seems to be “balance”, a balance interchange or rhythmic balance interchange.
• At the age of 14 he was pronounced dead from the bubonic plague, closed blackened throat (diphtheria?). He says he was taken through the colour spectrum and told you still have important work to do – “you are to return…” . Apparently, he returned not understanding why he was laying amongst the amazed gaze of his parents and doctor with a completely healed pink throat.
• Of music, from the age of two and a half, he could play anything on the piano he heard.
• Hudak, when asked about the education system and why people like Russell are not discussed said, “Number one, it would flip them upside down and inside out with a new washing for themselves of, instead of parrots of information to fulfill slots in society in what we want, we just need more attorneys now, more doctors now – fill the slots”.
• Teachings – universal law based on natural science/living philosophy.
• Stage 4 = being aware of oneself – stage 5 = a genius – stage 6 = cosmic consciousness and then 7th is Christ consciousness; maybe this is the universal one (Divine Conscious Mind) with the added biblical inference by Hudak. He describes this (Christ) as a 360 degree inner illumination – walking light.
Was kind of reminded of Rev. G. Vale Owen’s channeling in The LIfe Beyond the Veil available here at QFC http://store.therabbitholeusa.com/shop/the-life-beyond-the-veil/ In this respect, shown in a biblical-like façade/description, as humans best relate, the different levels, even to those on other dimensional plains, seem to exist in expanding circles, one intermingled with the next at its edges, yet impenetrable to those below, osit.
• Russell was raised in an organized religion yet found it all mostly appalling from the Old Testament on (sin, killing et al).
• Hudak (pharma salesman) had a near death automobile accident, which changed his life. He talks of physiological changes, such as his own eyesight going from 20/50 back to near 20/20 (at age 30).
• Russell, in 1929, had an “illumination” for 39 straight days and nights – “he had an absolute command and mandate to write” – her wrote forty thousand words – The Message of the Divine Iliad. He said of the words, they came from the source and where not his words. Hudak says of his writing, it looked like a chicken claw dipped in ink (scrawled) - Russell says he had a difficult time with his mind/command over his body during this writing because he was so separated; although he got better over time, says Hudak. Describing how he would interpret his world when self-locked-away in these “illuminated” stages, he would see a fuller spectrum of the colour wave, and if people approached his space, they would be interpreted as almost holographic (sounds matrix-like) – they could be seen because there was no, or less density (seems this referees to the barrier of physical matter). Ted says to Hudak, that it was like he was channeling all the time with continuous downloading.
• He did oil paintings (scientific) and painted the solar system, which was later confirmed that every planet was in the correct position. He painted Saturn and the rings with multiple moons, which the extra moons were not known at the time.
• Russell was the first (maybe) to call the universe an “Electromagnetic Wave Universe” in 1921.
• When he was writing (Divine Iliad) and painting all these things (colour wave spectrum's and other scientific, or what appeared to be strange depictions for those times), his wife thought he had gone crazy, and had people come over (medical doctors, attorney) and said he needs to be committed – they came over and check his paintings and writing out and said that they were not sure what was going on here, as these things were beyond comprehension; they almost seem divine. They told her that best just leave him alone to continue what he is doing.
• After, spent six years studying the world of science, which he did not know. Hudak describes how in 1926 (copyrighted) Russell did up an elemental chart, which is 9 octave waves, with carbon in the middle at 4.5 octave waves. The chart shows hydrogen as the 3rd octave wave. “The world of science does not even know that there is an element preceding hydrogen at that particular time”. He sends the manuscript out (The Universal One) (1926) to 300 of the greatest scientists (Einstein included) at that time and 500 institutions. There were no replies.
Comment: It is at this time having been ignored by scientists (assuming perhaps because he carried no credentials as a scientist) that industry comes knocking at his door (he had prior friends there) and he suddenly starts lecturing at Union Carbide, General Electric, and at Westinghouse; even being given a lab at Westinghouse to work on “scientific transmutation of elements”. This strikes me as been interesting – shades of Tesla and Westinghouse, they were mining him perhaps in STS type ways? It is also interesting, that lecturing with upper management, they were getting a big does of his electrical universe message, of which electricity was a big aspect of these firm’s work, so they were getting information then that the rest of academia, being more focused at those times on their conventional standard theories.
• Cont… Russell, having not been given any credit for elements preceding hydrogen (1930’s), he tells them of heavy hydrogen ions of deuterium etc., of heavy water.
• Hudak continues to talk of experiences, perceptions, paintings, books and even savant autistic individuals.
• Of Russell’s relationship with Mark Twain (his good friend), along with others in the "Twilight Club" (helping their communities – later created the Rotary Club, Boy Scouts of America, Better Business Bureau – including labor laws, anti sweatshop laws), which is described as a club meeting at "Twilight" at each others homes for these poets and minds. Twain, by 1898, brought Russell into the group to become their president. Work is done on the Science of Man (rekindling) prior to and during WWI. In this time, Thomas Watson, the founder of IBM enters and co chairs with Russell the society of arts and science. Watson offers up his offices to work out of and lecture sales classes (thirteen years lecturing at IBM).
• Russell meets his furture wife, Lao (Daisy Stebbing, then 43 and he 77) after receiving a phone call from her (she arrived from England) and he said he had been waiting for her voice and flew off to meet her (1946) knowing they needed to be together. He and his first wife (married 55 years), Helen Andrews, had two daughters.
Comment: There is an extract quote that Russell discusses on relationships that I’ve added here:
• Tesla was a part of these circles at the turn of the century (not the Twilight Club). He describes that Tesla had sometimes had vision/images (negatives) like a barn burning down. Russell shares his manuscript with him, and this is when he is told not to share his work (for a thousand years); perhaps as he himself had been shafted, so to speak (the interviewer, Ted, suggests jealousy?). It is noted here that Hudak says of Russell’s 1921 “communion” source, that he was told not to share it for twenty five years, yet he did put out the manuscript.
• Russell had five phases of his life; sculpting, musician, painter, science, writing/philosophy/teaching.
• Hudak discusses Russell’s work being refuted and a public exchange happening between physicists Robert Millikan from an article on the issue of black holes that Millikan wrote. Russell writes in an editorial page back that Dr. Millikan, you are wrong on black holes, which was returned in kind stating that Russell should stick to his talents in arts. Apparently, this exchange took a number of years of back and forth, with Russell aging coming back, and than Millikan finally replies “Mr. Russell, you may be on to something that is just so far beyond us at the moment that you may be on to something...”
• In what he stands for, Hudak seems to say that it was to help with inner awareness, which is then taken outside as a more balanced overall approach in dealing with one another and understanding, including creative processes.
• Like the C’s say; review transcripts, reread (no free lunch), all is lessons. Russell seems to also say one needs to collect information, read it, meditate on it and reread it for greater understanding.
• People are all looking for the who, what, why of us, and fear creeps in. Ted asks the question that the majority of people have not had experiences like these life altering changing ones, so it is harder to understand on certain levels. Hudak discusses that people need to work at an understanding of the electromagnetic wave universe and seems to say that we are so connected with each other rather than separated beings.
End of part one, and part two, at least that I could find, may not ever have been conducted or recorded.

Lao and Walter Russell wrote the book Atomic Suicide? as a warning against the misuse of nuclear power through the proliferation of nuclear power plants. According to Walter Russell, the increasing heat and pressure generated on the planet by the increasing use of nuclear energy would eventually cause major global changes of a catastrophic nature.

…and in his latter scientific period he advocated the transmission or acquisition of energy from what he referred to as the 'fabric of space’.
Further (which can be read in articles and books), the same wiki link states:
Russell portrayed the principles of the unity of universal law in a way that he believed brought many mainstream theories into direct conflict, or incompleteness, such as some of the principles of Isaac Newton e.g. weight as Russell explains: "... Weight should be measured dually as temperature is. It should have an above and below zero... " He presented a view of the periodic table of elements that led him to the prediction of the existence of plutonium and the two isotopes of hydrogen, deuterium and tritium, which were known in theory but as yet undiscovered in nature, (as well as elements which are still undiscovered in nature) e. g. the inert gases 'alphanon', 'betanon' and 'gammanon as well as the creation of heavy water. Russell's periodic table has not been adopted by mainstream chemistry. However, in 1923, Charles Steinmetz of General Electric was able to corroborate the existence of some of the predicted transuranium elements by direct experimentation in a laboratory, which helped to usher in the Atomic Age in 1945.
[…]
Robert Mayer claims this is because his cosmology, while complete in itself, would require upon its academic and scientific acceptance not only the upheaval of many scientific theories, but also matters such as the nature of God. Once, when asked how he acquired his scientific knowledge, he answered: "...I always looked for the Cause behind things and didn't fritter away my time analyzing Effect. All knowledge exists as Cause. It is simple. It is limited to Light of Mind and the electric wave of motion which records God's thinking in matter."
So basically Walter wrote about some type of new age, and it does not seem to be the “new age” touted by the create your own reality crowed, which is often discussed here. Of this, in the wiki page, it is described as;
Man's purpose in this New Age is to acquire more and more knowledge…That new thought is a new cosmic concept of the value of man to man. The whole world is discovering that all mankind is one and that the unity of man is real – not just an abstract idea. Mankind is beginning to discover that the hurt of any man hurts every man, and, conversely, the uplift of any man uplifts every man"
In the interview, here are a number of points related to Russell that Hudak relates:
• He was a architect (such as work on The Pierre hotel NY)
• He was president of the Twilight Club:
Russell from wiki said:The story goes all the way back to the 1870s and is one of the most remarkable stories of the greatest moral movement in history. It began when Herbert Spencer, the British philosopher, came to this country and expressed his deep worries about the human race and the dangers threatening its very existence...He really believed that civilization was doomed. He gave a very important address in New York and one in Boston outlining the reasons for his fears and stressing his deep concern for man's ability to survive in a social system which places material values before human values...At that time, however, Herbert Spencer was ridiculed and laughed at...And so Herbert Spencer went to his friends here in America, Ralph Waldo Emerson, James Howard Bridge, Richard Watson Glider, Oliver Wendell Holmes, Walt Whitman, Edwin Markham, Henry Holt, John Burroughs, Mark Twain, and Andrew Carnegie. Together these men formed a little gathering and called themselves the Twilight Club because they met at each other's houses at twilight to discuss the things that weighed heavily upon Herbert Spencer's heart. There Spencer imbued them so strongly with his idea of starting a moral movement to bring the brotherhood-of-man and love-ye-one-another principles into world human relations that it grew into a moral code which they hoped would replace every other creed and doctrine on the face of the earth...And so together they began to form this code, which was more or less completed when I came into the movement in 1895.
—Walter Russell, The Twilight Manifesto

Nature was his teacher and aloneness in nature was particularly important to hear:
Russell said:You may command Nature to the extent only in which you are willing to obey her. You cannot intelligently obey that which you do not comprehend. Therefore I also say, ask of Nature that you may be one with her and she will whisper her secrets to you to the extent in which you are prepared to listen. Seek to be alone much to commune with Nature and be thus inspired by her mighty whisperings within your consciousness. Nature is a most jealous god, for she will not whisper her inspiring revelations to you unless you are absolutely alone with her.

Comment: There is an extract quote that Russell discusses on relationships that I’ve added here:
Everyone recognizes to some extent the type that each is draw to and they intuitively feel each others polarity, mentally and physically. Such types naturally gravitate to and recognize each other, so that out of any hundred people, ninety-nine might have no mental or sex appeal for each other – while the hundredth would. All humans should seek the type which corresponds to their own electric wave length. When types so find each other, they will be as perfectly balanced as sodium and chlorine, and the union should be enduring. It is a common saying that people should marry their opposites. Nothing could be more contrary to universal law than this statement. Everywhere in Nature, like attracts like. This is fundamental. Opposites repel each other. Opposites in temperament and physical patterns invite discord, infidelity and mutual degradation. Matrimonial mismating unbalances the blood stream just as certainly as promiscuous mismating unbalances it.

extract said:All throughout readings by Tesla and Russell there is a repeating correlation between the energy of time being a concept in the mind, and also a vibration at which the earth is resonating at (our surroundings). It puts man is such connection to earth and the surrounding stars energetically it is profound in terms of understanding our true nature. Many concepts are asymmetrical, which I mean as vortex-like in nature. The vortex is a fractal of sorts. It contains the golden ratios of the Fibonacci sequence and is key to breaking symmetry. The nitrogen cycle, carbon cycle, rain cycle, life cycle…ect are all self looped systems. From these independent systems they intertwine together to replicate a seemingly chaotic rhythm at which life pulsates at in regards to the energy of time. On the subject of these waves of time, let us remember the ancients studied and mastered these concepts.
