Is RT’s comment section being managed by an Israeli tech company?

So I’ve been very active on the RT comment section lately and I noticed an interesting pattern of behavior when it comes to deleting certain comments. So I read today that RTs comment section is being managed by a company named OpenWeb aka Spot.IM. which is an Israeli company. It seems they manage many big company’s user sections. And of course they are based in Tel Aviv.

So...
I’m thinking maybe I should be cooling it on the comment section, I don’t want to be on bibis personal retribution list!
