Is the earth a mother, the moon a fetus, and organic life the placenta

I've been pondering this concept, due to reading Ouspensky and I have been comparing certain concepts that Ouspensky presents in his book "In Search of the Miraculous." And the question that prompted me to thinking was, "whatever relationship the moon has with the earth, what is our relationship to the same?" The following text gives some food for thought and outlines my current mentation on the subject. The following text has a mixture of excerpts and comments from myself. Unfortunately, I don't know how to underline or indent with this application, so my own comments are indented and the excerpts are not.

In Ouspensky's Book "In Search of the Miraculous," The following statements are made:

"What interested me in this talk was that G. spoke of the planets and the moon as living beings, having definite ages, a definite period of life and possibilities of development and transition to other planes of being. From what he said it appeared that the moon was not a "dead planet," as is usually accepted, but, on the contrary, a "planet in birth"; a planet at the very initial stages of its development which had not yet reached "the degree of intelligence possessed by the earth," as he expressed it.
"But the moon is growing and developing," said G., "and some time, it will, possibly, attain the same level as the earth. Then, near it, a new moon will appear and the earth will become their sun. At one time the sun was like the earth and the earth like the moon. And earlier still the sun was like the moon." [...]"

"Humanity neither progresses nor evolves. What seems to us to be progress or evolution is a partial modification which can be immediately counterbalanced by a corresponding modification in an opposite direction.
"Humanity, like the rest of organic life, exists on earth for the needs and purposes of the earth. And it is exactly as it should be for the earth's requirements at the present time.
"Only thought as theoretical and as far removed from fact as modem European thought could have conceived the evolution of man to be possible apart from surrounding nature, or have regarded the evolution of man as a gradual conquest of nature. This is quite impossible. In living, in dying, in evolving, in degenerating, man equally serves the purposes of nature—or, rather, nature makes equal use, though perhaps for different purposes, of the products of both evolution and degeneration. And, at the same time, humanity as a whole can never escape from nature, for, even in struggling against nature man acts in conformity with her purposes. The evolution of large masses of humanity is opposed to nature's purposes. The evolution of a certain small percentage may be in accord with nature's purposes. Man contains within him the possibility of evolution. But the evolution of humanity as a whole, that is, the development of these possibilities in all men, or in most of them, or even in a large number of them, is not necessary for the purposes of the earth or of the planetary world in general, and it might, in fact, be injurious or fatal. There exist, therefore, special forces (of a planetary character) which oppose the evolution of large masses of humanity and keep it at the level it ought, to be.
"For instance, the evolution of humanity beyond a certain point, or, to speak more correctly, above a certain percentage, would be fatal for the moon.[…]"

"The moon at present feeds on organic life, on humanity. Humanity is a part of organic life; this means that humanity is food for the moon. If all men were to become too intelligent they would not want to be eaten by the moon.
"But, at the same time, possibilities of evolution exist, and they may be developed in separate individuals with the help of appropriate knowledge and methods. [...]"

"In our system the end of the ray of creation, the growing end, so to speak, of the branch, is the moon. The energy for the growth, that is, for the development of the moon and for the formation of new shoots, goes to the moon from the earth, where it is created by the joint action of the sun, of all the other planets of the solar system, and of the earth itself. This energy is collected and preserved in a huge accumulator situated on the earth's surface. This accumulator is organic life on earth. Organic life on earth feeds the moon. Everything living on the earth, people, animals, plants, is food for the moon. The moon is a huge living being feeding upon all that lives and grows on the earth. The moon could not exist without organic life on earth, any more than organic life on earth could exist without the moon. Moreover, in relation to organic life the moon is a huge electromagnet. If the action of the electromagnet were suddenly to stop, organic life would crumble to nothing.
"The process of the growth and the warming of the moon is connected with life and death on the earth. Everything living sets free at its death a certain amount of the energy that has 'animated' it; this energy, or the 'souls' of everything living—plants, animals, people—is attracted to the moon as though by a huge electromagnet, and brings to it the warmth and the life upon which its growth depends, that is, the growth of the ray of creation. In the economy of the universe nothing is lost, and a certain energy having finished its work on one plane goes to another.
"The souls that go to the moon, possessing perhaps even a certain amount of consciousness and memory, find themselves there under ninety-six laws, in the conditions of mineral life, or to put it differently, in conditions from which there is no escape apart from a general evolution in immeasurably long planetary cycles. The moon is 'at the extremity,' at the end of the world; it is the 'outer darkness' of the Christian doctrine 'where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
"The influence of the moon upon everything living manifests itself in all that happens on the earth. The moon is the chief, or rather, the nearest, the immediate, motive force of all that takes place in organic life on the earth. […]"

That last part sounds similar to the influence a fetus has on the mother during pregnancy (chemical make-up, mood swings, appetite, etc.), "The influence of the moon upon everything living manifests itself in all that happens on the earth. The moon is the chief, or rather, the nearest, the immediate, motive force of all that takes place in organic life on the earth."

What is also interesting is that Gurdjieff uses the phrase "planet in birth" when relating to the moon. Gurdjieff also states, "The moon is a huge living being feeding upon all that lives and grows on the earth." This concept could be compared to a fetus and the placenta. Furthermore, Gurdjieff also states, "There exist, therefore, special forces (of a planetary character) which oppose the evolution of large masses of humanity and keep it at the level it ought, to be. "For instance, the evolution of humanity beyond a certain point, or, to speak more correctly, above a certain percentage, would be fatal for the moon."

The "special forces" that Gurdjieff mentions could be 4D STS (Lizzies Greys etc.) that the C's and others have talked about. Back to Ouspensky:

"All movements, actions, and manifestations of people, animals, and plants depend upon the moon and are controlled by the moon. The sensitive film of organic life which covers the earthly globe is entirely dependent upon the influence of the huge electromagnet that is sucking out its vitality. Man, like every other living being, cannot, in the ordinary conditions of life, tear himself free from the moon. All his movements and consequently all his actions are controlled by the moon. If he kills another man, the moon does it; if he sacrifices himself for others, the moon does that also. All evil deeds, all crimes, all self-sacrificing actions, all heroic exploits, as well as all the actions of ordinary everyday life, are controlled by the moon.
"The liberation which comes with the growth of mental powers and faculties is liberation from the moon. The mechanical part of our life depends upon the moon, is subject to the moon. [...]"

Also here is an excerpt from "Wikipedia.org, the free encyclopedia" on Placenta:

"Anatomy:
The placenta is composed of two parts:
one of which is genetically and biologically part of the fetus
the decidua, which is part of the mother.

It is implanted in the wall of the uterus and is connected to the fetus via the umbilical cord, which is composed of blood vessels and connective tissue. For more details on the anatomy of the placenta, see chorionic villi, cytotrophoblast, syncytiotrophoblast, decidua, cotyledon, and intervillous space.

Functions:
Filtration and transfer:
The placenta receives nutrients, oxygen, antibodies and hormones from the mother's blood and passes out waste. It forms a barrier, the placental barrier, which filters out some substances which could harm the fetus. Many substances are not filtered out, however, including alcohol and some chemicals associated with smoking cigarettes. Several types of viruses, such as Human Cytomegalovirus, may also cross this barrier; this often leads to various degrees of birth defects in the infant.

Metabolic and endocrine activity:
In addition to the transfer of gases and nutrients, the placenta also has metabolic and endocrine activity. It produces, amongst other hormones, progesterone, which is important in maintaining the pregnancy; somatomammotropin (also known as placental lactogen), which acts to increase the amount of glucose and lipids in the maternal blood; oestrogen; relaxin, and human chorionic gonadotrophin HCG. This results in increased transfer of these nutrients to the fetus and is also the main cause of the increased blood sugar levels seen in pregnancy.

After delivery:
When the fetus is delivered, the placenta is delivered afterwards (and for this reason is often called the afterbirth). After delivery of the placenta the umbilical cord is usually clamped and severed or may be left attached to fall off naturally which is referred to as a Lotus Birth. In most mammalian species, the mother bites through the cord and consumes the placenta, primarily for the benefit of prostaglandin on the uterus afer birth. This is known as Placentophagy. The site of the former umbilical cord attachment in the center of the front of the abdomen is known as the umbilicus, navel, or belly-button."

Now, compare the following two excerpts, first one from Ouspensky, "This energy is collected and preserved in a huge accumulator situated on the earth's surface. This accumulator is organic life on earth. Organic life on earth feeds the moon" and one from wikipedia.org on placenta, "The placenta receives nutrients, oxygen, antibodies and hormones from the mother's blood and passes out waste."

If humanity, or organic life, is a placenta; the earth the mother; and the moon the fetus, than would the phrase " the mother bites through the cord and consumes the placenta, primarily for the benefit of prostaglandin on the uterus afer birth" correlate with "destruction by cataclysm" if the coming "Wave" causes the earth to ascend to 4D and the moon to become an earth (possibly 3D), if applied in the same context.

Just some food for thought. Later.

Hey,

Okay...next week on Obvious, we'll take several long quotes from the dictionary and link them together, like, synonyms. Sorry dude, but that post was long. I think the only thing I can say to avoid having to quote your exceedingly long post is "don't miss the forest for the trees."

I think that we have to keep in mind that the metaphor was probably intended to describe hyperdimensional realities and multiple universes. Taking it too literally can lead to confusion and cross-conceptualization. I'm pretty sure I covered this from several angles in The Wave, but I don't remember exactly where.

Yes, the post was long. Now, I'm new to this material (most of it anyways) and it seems that I am a bit behind in the discussion. But that is ok. However, I appreciate the feedback. Now if anyone would happen to know of a link to the section of the Wave Laura is refering to, I would appreciate it. I will search it anyways. It's good to know that this has already been discussed and expounded upon.

Okay, I got bugged because I couldn't remember where it was, so I searched my disk resident version of the website and got the filenames. Then, I went to get the actual urls. Here's the first one:

http://www.cassiopaea.org/cass/wave13e3.htm

This is Chapter 37 of The Wave: The Way of The Fool concl. - Food for the Moon and The Burning House

It may be necessary to read everything up to that point for many of the references of this chapter to connect.

Anyway, here is that part that refers specifically to the Moon issue:

At this point, the old man who is speaking to Mark Hedsel tells him that there is a small group that meets in Florence, and invites him to join them. At this little gathering the old man speaks, and here we come back to the Moon:

In the arcane tradition there are two Moons. These pairs have very many names. Such names are usually derived from mythological personifications - yet all these pairs relate to the idea that one Moon is a reflector of sunlight, while the other, if not always in darkness, is invisible....From the very beginning of civilization, the Moon has been a mystery, because it has always stared down upon the Earth with one single face. AS the Moon circles the Earth, it keeps one side of its globular face presented towards humanity.

...Western occultism have tended, until comparatively recent times, to emphasize only the light side of the Moon. Even so, hints of the dark Moon are encapsulated in even the most overt-seeming symbolism.

...The archangel Gabriel is the ruler of the Moon - that is, of the light side of the Moon. His role as messenger at the Annunciation is well established, even if his arcane role (symbolized by the white lilies) is only imperfectly understood outside the secret Schools. The lilies of Gabriel are very profound symbols indeed. They are recognized, in the Mysteries, as symbols of the descent of a God.

[Laura's note: Notice that he does not say "the descent of God," but of "a god."]

Furthermore, in the same Christian tradition, images of the Assumption of the Virgin show the lunar crescent beneath the feet of the Virgin. In these two different symbols, we have a clue to how the Virgin of Light is linked with the angelic ruler of the Moon at the conception of the Child, and with the lunar crescent at her on translation from Earth to Heaven - at her death. It is as thought this symbolism was designed to show.... he paused ... to show that the very same lunar forces which announced her destiny as the Mother of God were also lifting her to Heaven, at the end of her life.

Now, Gabriel is the Christian equivalent of the personified light Moon. The name is, of course, Hebraic, and we must look to the same language in our search for the name of the Christian dark Moon. This name is Lilith, the mother of the lilin, of brood of demons. We see, then, that it is no great mystery that the angel Gabriel should carry lilies at the Annunciation. There is rarely such a thing as accident in the confluence of sounds in arcane symbolism. [Hedsel, 2000]
So, is the old man, the teacher of Hedsel, telling us that Christianity is a religion of demons? It seems so, yet he will not come right out and say it. He give with one paragraph, and takes away with another. He goes on to emphasize this point by saying:

The early Christian church was embarrassed by the vast numbers of demonologies which prowled around the cosmologies of the pagan religions. These demons were especially numerous in the Gnostic tradition which the church felt proper to dismiss. It seems to me that this rejection of the Gnostic tradition was part of a peculiar programme adopted by the early Church. [Ibid.]
And then he said another thing that brought out the hair spray again:

The lunar Isis is not a single goddess, but dual. Her sister, Nephthys, was the dark Moon: in the ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead, Nephthys is portrayed standing opposite her sister, like a shadow-neter (opposite). In addition to being sister of Isis, this black virgin Nephthys was sister and wife of the dark Set.

...The pair - Isis and Nephthys - were called the weeping sisters. Their tears stream to Earth, just as the tears of sleeping humanity stream towards the Moon in the Tarot card. This, it is said, was because they both wept at the death of Osiris, though, as we shall see, there may be a far deeper reason for this description.

...I said that much of the ancient lore pertaining to the dark Moon was lost with the emergence of Christianity... The initiates who guided the transfer of some of the ancient teachings of the Egyptians to Rome, that they might serve the new Mysteries of Christ.

...In the Greek and Roman epics, it is a commonplace for the poets to visualize the gods spinning fate around a man, as though his body were nothing more than a spindle, the inner core being wrapped in the threads from which his destiny was being spun. This notion was extended into the fatalistic activities of the Moirae. The Greek word moira, which meant "portion," was eventually applied to the fate apportioned to an individual, and the three Moirae were adopted as personifications of the notion of allotted destiny. The myths of Selene and the Moirae are not really too far removed from the ancient hermetic view which traced a link between the Moon and Fate. In early cosmologies, it was the Moon who was regarded as the controller of human destiny.

...The Greek name Hecate means "worker from afar," and captures perfectly the notion of an influence cast from a distant satellite. It would seem that Hecate is the tutelary lunar goddess of the Sleepers, of those who have not yet found their way to a path.
Here I would like to point out that the Cassiopaeans have repeatedly said that the Moon is a "base" for the 4th density control system. And we might also want to remember the writings of Morris K. Jessup on this matter, most particularly his theory of "null zones" that enable the activation or opening of "windows" or "portals" between densities, though he did not express it in those terms.

...In modern times, most people tend to think of space as being empty of living beings: it is "empty space - save, of course, for the stars, planets and cosmic dust. This soul-less vision is however quite modern. In previous ages, there was never much doubt that the heavens were filled with Spiritual beings.

...The Way Up and the Way Down, the Way Out and the Way In ...marks a cross in space and time.

...The ancient hieroglyphic for the Place of the Horizon, which eventually turned into the modern sigil for Libra, is that which separates the infernal from the celestial. ...The ...glyph indicates that mankind - even that small part of Mankind that seeks initiation ...must, at some time or another, descend into the Well of Ordeal. ...This is designed to separate the higher from the lower.

...In some ways, the Moon is the greatest problem of esoteric lore. The Moon is not at all what it appears to be.

At the end of the last century an astounding revelation was made, as a result of dissent among members of secret Schools. Information, hitherto guarded jealously by the most enclosed of the inner Orders, was made public. The secrets disclosed pertained to a far deeper level of knowledge than has hitherto been made exoteric by the Schools - even in this enlightened age.
Here, Hedsel's teacher is suggested to be referring to A. P. Sinnet and his connection to Theosophy and certain "revelations" that were made in 1932 via the Brotherhood of Luxor, but I think that this was a deliberate mis-direction. Gurdjieff was talking about mankind being "food for the Moon" before 1914. Here we find the probable cause for some of the distortion of information in the Way of the Fool. Blavatsky claimed to have "inside information," but it seems likely that what she was given was intentionally mixed with half-truths and some lies.

...In a nutshell, what was made public during this conflict in the Schools was the truth that our Moon is a sort of counterweight to another sphere, which remains invisible to ordinary vision. This counterweighted sphere is called in esoteric circles the Eighth Sphere.

We must be careful with these words, for, in spite of what I have said, this region is not itself a sphere, nor is it a moon. Even to locate it behind the physical Moon is not correct, for in the Spiritual realm spaces and distances are different. The truth is that the Eighth Sphere does not pertain to anything we are familiar with on the physical plane, yet we must use words from our own vocabularies whenever we wish to denote its existence.
Here we find that the Cassiopaeans have gone much further in trying to describe what this teacher is saying (and I am assembling these remarks from all through the book, since they are not in order, probably on purpose). The Cassiopaeans call the idea that this man is struggling to express "4th density." Again we see that the clarity of the Cassiopaean materials serves us well in understanding what have been for millennia "arcane matters."

Were we to use a word which fits most appropriately this Sphere, then we should really call it a vacuum. Certainly, vacuum is a more appropriate term than sphere, for the Eighth Sphere sucks things into its own shadowy existence.
You Don't Say! You mean like "man is Food for the Moon?!

It acts as as sort of demonic conduit to suck into it s maws certain degenerate Spiritual forms on the Earth. It is a shadow Sphere, controlled by shadow beings.
Like maybe Drachomonoids and Grays? Here, again, we have the advantage of the Cassiopaean explanations of these "shadow beings." We can easily see how, without understanding of hyperdimensions and densities, those who were not directly inside the "secret schools" would have the idea that these beings are "shadowy" or even in some way simply "spirits." The same misunderstanding is prevalent today among those Alien/UFO interpreters who have decided that aliens are merely "spirits" or "demons" with no physical reality. This has led to such nonsense as believing that they can "possess" humans in an "interpenetrative spiritual way," like "climbing in or out" of a body and bringing on "shape shifting" in the human being.

However, the fact that they are shadow beings should not lead us to demote or underestimate their capabilities and intelligence. In many respects they are more intelligent than Man, for they are not limited by the power of love, as is Mankind.
Again either this man doesn't know how truly deep the mystery is, or he is afraid of scaring his pupils to death!

The operation of the Eighth Sphere is complex. Its denizens - those shadowy beings for whom it is home - wish to people their Sphere with humanity... Towards this end, it has erected what we might call terminals on the Earth: these terminals are soul-conduits, which will suck into the lower Sphere a certain form of materialized energy that is engendered on the Earth plane.
The teacher then goes on to say that the most usual place where this "vacuuming" of energy happens is among people engaging in spiritualist activities, particularly those having to do with communication with the lower etheric planes, i.e. talking to dead dudes.

While I am in agreement with him, for the most part, I think that it is too great a generalization, and the evidence that there is an "alien reality" that clearly matches what he is talking about in terms of the Moon, or the Eighth sphere should take us far in realizing the true nature of this energy sucking. In fact, the Cassiopaeans are light years ahead of this, even if it is interesting to get a little corroboration from another source. And there may be something very deep in what he says here, considering the plethora of New Age trance channeling, or conscious channeling, and contacts with "space brothers" going on nowadays.

Certain spiritualist activity is coloured by the erroneous belief that the realm of the dead is accessible to the living. In truth, mediumistic activity cannot penetrate through into the true realm of the dead: it is therefore dealing only with shadows. In so doing, it is creating fodder for the nourishment of the Eighth Sphere. This sucking of certain forms of human soul-matter into the Eighth Sphere is not, by any means, intended for the benefit of humanity. The aim of the denizens of this world is to enhance and populate a world which may truly be described as the realm of the damned. The efforts of these denizens, or demons, is contrary to the evolutionary development which has been planned for the world. It is less than on hundred years since this knowledge of the Eighth Sphere was made public. At first there was an outcry at this breach in initiate knowledge, but now we can see that it has proved something of a blessing that the demonic threat has been brought out into the open. In some ways, it is easier to deal with a visible enemy. Those who dabble in the supposed communications with the dead, and with that spirit-land which they fondly imagine lies beyond the veil, have not gone unwarned. [Hedsel, 2000]

Now, looking at the Adventures series, I find the following:

http://www.cassiopaea.com/cassiopaea/adventures268.htm

Practically next door to Princeton is the Institute for Advanced Study. This ivory tower of academia, if ever there was one, was the result of a "synchronous" act of philanthropy. The Institute was founded in 1930 with a gift from Mr. Louis Bamberger and his sister, Mrs. Felix Fuld, under the guidance of the famous educator Abraham Flexner, who originated the concept from which the Institute took its form. The Bambergers originally thought of endowing a dental school, which is probably why they consulted Flexner when they decided that they wanted to give some of their fortune away.

Flexner was a high school principal who wrote a report on American Colleges. Based on this report and the recommendation of his brother, a pathologist with connections to existing medical schools, he was chosen by the Carnegie Foundation to do a study of American Medical Education just after the turn of the century. Flexner visited medical schools across the nation on a schedule that barely allowed him a whole day each for the evaluation of some schools. His efforts were closely linked with the American Medical Association, who provided resources. Although purporting to be objective, the Report actually established guidelines that were designed to sanction orthodox medical schools and condemn homeopathic ones and alternative therapies. In short, it was biased toward allopathy and the AMA.

Is this evidence of a conspiracy to gain control of medical education, doctors, and thusly the entire population by means of promotion of certain drugs designed to control human beings, or to modify their behavior? I can't say. All I notice is that there seem to be so many "coincidental" threads that weave together, bringing the inhabitants of our planet to the present state, that it is truly difficult to not see some "grand design" behind it. But can it be a human design? It doesn't seem so. When you track such conspiracies back in time and space, you discover that there is so much historical evidence that the groundwork for the present conditions was laid long, long ago - back in the mists of prehistory even - that conceiving of it as just human activity, or the results of human nature is extraordinarily difficult.

In any event, Flexner's report had a tremendous impact on American Medicine, and it was to him that the Bamberger's turned for advice regarding the founding their proposed dental school. Who knows, maybe they suffered from frequent toothaches?

Flexner had a better idea: why not found a research institution with no teachers, no students, no classes, and only researchers, shielded from the cares of the real world so that they could just hang out and produce great thoughts?

Believe me, I think it was a great idea! The only problem is: who's on first? Just who might be "influencing" those thoughts? Just what thoughts might be being encouraged and rewarded? This is not a rhetorical question, as we will see.

One of the more curious things about Flexner's idea was that he initially thought that a school of economics ought to be at the core of the Institute, but decided on mathematics since it was more "fundamental."

Once the Institute was setup, Flexner set about finding talent. This "just happened" to coincide with Hitler's takeover of the German government and the mass expulsion of Jews from German Universities which had, until then, been the seats of higher learning in math and science. Negotiations were begun to get Einstein, who finally agreed to become the second member of the Institute's School of Mathematics. Kurt Godel came, followed by Hermann Weyl, who wanted Von Neumann. In short, overnight, Princeton had become the new Gottingen.

08-17-00
Q: (A) What I do not understand is why, a few years later, [Einstein] completely abandoned [UFT in terms of Kaluza-Klein theories] and started working very hard on a completely different solution. If he knew...
A: Was under control.
Q: (A) Can you control somebody and make him spend years.... Oh! Mind control! They got him!
A: Why do you think he emigrated to the United States in the first place?
Q: (A) Well, that is not a surprise. He was a Nobel Prize winner and America was getting together every possible Nobel Prize winner, and also there was the persecution of the Jews, so it was natural.
A: More to it than that. What about Freud?
Q: (L) I guess they didn't want Freud! He didn't know anything about UFT! (A) Now, apparently Von Neumann was also involved in application of UFT. But, Von Neumann was, as far as we know, doing a completely different kind of mathematics. He didn't even really know geometry, differential geometry. He was doing completely different things. [Game Theory, to be precise.] So how come the UFT that was discovered by Einstein, involved Von Neumann? What did Von Neumann contribute to this project?
A: Von Neumann was one of three overseers at Princeton with level 7 security clearance, and a clear budget request permittance.
Q: (L) My question is, about Von Neumann, as I understand it, Von Neumann was supposed to have been involved with the creation of a time machine, right?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Did he succeed in such a project?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Well, why was it that, when he developed a brain tumor and realized he was going to die - and I read that he screamed and yelled like a baby when he knew there was no hope - if he was somebody who had access to a time machine, why wasn't he able to do something about it instead of carrying on like a madman? The stories about his screams echoing all over the place, are horrible. He realized that his great mind was going to soon be still; if he had access to a time machine, one would think that he would have used it, would have pulled every string he could, to forestall his own death.
A: No Laura, it does not work that way. And besides, if you had a brain tumor, you could be forgiven for a few mental peculiarities too!
Q: (L) I just don't understand why, when he knew he was sick, that he didn't just use the time machine to go forward in time for a cure, or backward in time to correct something in his past...
A: The time machine was not his property.
Q: (L) So, they got what they needed from him and let him die. (A) It is not clear. He got this cancer so suddenly, it may even have been induced. (L) Well, that's a thought.
What we are basically seeing in the above recitation of the endowment of Princeton as a mathematical center, and the luring of scientific talent to America, is part of the truth of one of the ideas of Alternative 3. It was effectively, a "brain drain" on Europe. All the geniuses who were capable of certain, specific things, were being brought to America and settled in Princeton. This produced an almost immediate scientific earthquake. Of course we see that the scientific revolution in America did not begin after WW II as many conspiracy theorists would like to believe, but rather before. In the 1920s, to be exact.

Something happened to stimulate this activity. In the 1920s, during which time the Rockefellers and other monied groups made enormous contributions to "education in America," and during which the preparations for the Hitler drama were underway, another event that may or may not be connected took place. In Mark Hedsel's book, The Zelator, we discover the "intimations" of this event. In Chapter Five of the referenced work, Hedsel informs us that:

At the end of the last century an astounding revelation was made, as a result of dissent among members of secret Schools. Information, hitherto guarded jealously by the most enclosed of the inner Orders, was made public. The secrets disclosed pertained to a far deeper level of knowledge than has hitherto been made exoteric by the Schools - even in this enlightened age.

Our purpose here is not to document how so deep an esoteric idea was made public - or even to assess whether it was wise for this idea to be brought out into the open. All this has been dealt with in the literature… [Hedsel, Mark, and Ovason, David, The Zelator, 2000]
The speaker in Hedsel's book, his teacher, promises to provide titles by which this most curious item might be researched, but dies before doing so. He later mentions A.P. Sinnett and Hedsel himself speculates that it is the Theosophical ideas of A.P. Sinnett and Helena Blavatsky. I don't agree because of what the teacher says next:

In a nutshell, what was made public during this conflict in the Schools was the truth that our Moon is a sort of counterweight to another sphere, which remains invisible to ordinary vision. This counterweighted sphere is called in esoteric circles the Eighth Sphere.

The truth is that this Eighth Sphere does not pertain to anything we are familiar with on the physical plane, yet we must use words from our own vocabularies whenever we wish to denote its existence. Were we to use a word which fits most appropriately this Sphere, then we should really call it a vacuum. Certainly , Vacuum is a more appropriate term than sphere, for the Eighth Sphere sucks things into its own shadowy existence.
The reference to the Moon brings us back in a loop to the so-called Philadelphia Experiment which was promoted on the platform of the death of Morris K. Jessup. What the Philadelphia Experiment distracted attention away from was Jessup's ideas about the gravitational neutral zone of a three body system which we have also identified as being connected to the Chandler wobble cycle of 18.6 years, which then connects to the "dancing of the god" at Stonehenge every 19 years, which is called the Metonic cycle. And /f course, we are beginning to realize that all of this connects to the ideas of the Holy Grail, the Ark of the Covenant, and certain periods - cyclical in nature - in which transfer of perimeters is most easily accomplished! Remember what Jessup wrote:

While I believe that these space islands probably use both earth and moon for their own convenience, I suggest that their most natural and permanent habitat is at the gravitational neutral of the earth-sun-moon, three-body system which is well within the orbit of the moon.

It has been postulated that gravitation need not be considered as acting with uniform continuity, from the center of the attracting body outward, even if subject to the inverse square law. Such a concept, today, would be especially horrendous to physics and astronomy.[…]

Refinements of Bode's law indicate nodes in the gravitational field, at which planets, asteroids, and possibly comets and meteors tend to locate themselves. An extension of the theory to the satellite systems of the major planets indicates a similar system of nodes on smaller scales, where planets, rather than the sun, are gravitational centers. …it might well be that these gravitational nodes are occupied to some degree by navigable constructions.[…]

Many researchers have extended the law so as to establish nodes right down to the surface of the central bodies, and in so doing the nodes become closer and closer together so that there may be many of them at short distances from the parent body. Thus, if the law or its derivatives have significance, there could be a number of these orbital nodes between the moon and the surface of the earth. […]

There may even be hints available to us regarding gravity. For instance, no final settlement has ever been made of the argument over the opposed wave and corpuscular theories of the propagation of light. An assumption that the ether, a necessary adjunct to the wave theory, is identical with the gravitational field, whatever that may be, would reconcile the opposing theories and a quantum of light would then be merely a pulsation or fluctuation in the gravitational field. Intense studies of the movements of space-navigable UFO's might furnish vital clues to such problems.[…]
Let us stop right here and consider the above remarks. Jessup has suggested that a "quantum of light would then be merely a pulsation or fluctuation in the gravitational field." And this connects us directly to several remarks made by the C's, curiously in the context of questions about Sufism:

06-15-96
A: Now, learn, read, research all you can about unstable gravity waves. […] We mean for you, Laura, to meditate about unstable gravity waves as part of research. […] Unstable gravity waves unlock as yet unknown secrets of quantum physics to make the picture crystal clear.
Q: (L) […] Gravity seems to be a property of matter. Is that correct? […]
A: And antimatter!
Q: (L) Is the gravity that is a property of antimatter "antigravity?" Or, is it just gravity on the other side, so to speak?
A: Binder. […] Gravity binds all that is physical with all that is ethereal through unstable gravity waves!!!
[…]
Q: (L) Is light the emanation of gravity?
A: No.
Q: (L) What is light?
A: Gravity. […] If gravity is everything, what isn't it? Light is energy expression generated by gravity.
[…]
Q: (L) According to what I understand, at the speed of light, there is no mass, no time, and no gravity. How can this be?
A: No mass, no time, but yes, gravity.
Q: (L) A photon has gravity?
A: Gravity supersedes light speed.
Returning now to Jessup's comments:

…There is increasingly strong evidence that gravity is neither so continuous, so immaterial nor so obscure as to be completely unnamable to use, manipulation and control. Witness not only the documented movements of UFO's in the form of lights, discs, nebulosities, etc., but the many instances of stones, paper, clothes baskets and many other things which have been seen to leave the ground without apparent cause. The lifting of the ancient megalithic structures, too, must surely have come through levitation.[…]

It is my belief that something of the sort was done in the antediluvian past, through either research or through some fortuitous discovery of physical forces and laws which have not as yet been revealed to scientists of this second wave of civilization. […]

It is my belief that the possibility of gravity control, or at least gravity reactance, has been strongly indicated by the phenomena listed in this book.

There seems to be something of periodicity in events of celestial and spatial origin. This has been called to our attention by John Philip Bessor in the Saturday Evening Post as early as May, 1949; but no one has thus far been able to catalogue and classify enough of this data to determine for certain whether such cycles exist, much less their time period or cause. It is not particularly astonishing that these phenomena should be cyclic, for practically everything astronomical is periodic. If periodicity could be firmly established for these phenomena, that fact alone would be proof of their reality and integration with the organic world about us.[…]

It is no longer necessary to explain [aliens] as visitors from Mars, Venus, or Alpha Centauri. They are a part of our own immediate family -- a part of the earth-moon, binary-planet system. They didn't have to come all of those millions of miles from anywhere. They have been here for thousands of years. Whether we belong to them by possession, like cattle, or whether we belong to each other by common origin and association is an interesting problem, and one which may soon be settled if we keep our heads.

In final summary, the UFOs have been around us for a long time and probably are a connecting link with the first wave of terrestrial civilization. [Jessup, op. cit.]
Now, the question is: who was it who revealed this "great secret of secrets" at the end of the last century, as Hedsel's teacher has remarked? We have been directed to think about Sinnett and Blavatsky, but we are already wise to such tactics. It is important to know WHO the "revealer" was in order to know what was revealed. This will then lead us to understand WHAT was done with that knowledge and how it affects us today.

We have also been directed to look at a certain time period which would correspond to the activities of such sources, and so we might wish to look at the vast array of literature for internal clues. In reviewing all of this literature, in casting our net far and wide, there is only one source that "fits" the description: Gurdjieff's metaphor of "Food for the Moon." There is, in fact, a singular remark made by Gurdjieff in conversation with P.D. Ouspensky, recorded by the latter in his book, In Search of the Miraculous that confirms that the information revealed by Gurdjieff was, in fact, related to the cyclic catastrophes and their relations to hyperdimensional realities. It also confirms that he was the one who really "knew" something:

"The intelligence of the sun is divine," said Gurdjieff. "But the earth can become the same; only, of course, it is not guaranteed and the earth may die having attained nothing."

"Gurdjieff's answer was very vague.

"There is a definite period, " he said, "for a certain thing to be done. If, by a certain time, what ought to be done has not been done, the earth may perish without having attained what it could have attained."

"Is this period known?" I asked?

"It is known," said Gurdjieff.

[Ouspensky, In Search of the Miraculous, Harcourt, Brace, Jovanovich, New York.]
As we note from the remarks of Hedsel's teacher, the idea that there is "ancient wisdom" guarded by hidden custodians or Masters is often attributed to Helena Blavatsky. In fact, her disciple, Annie Besant, wrote a book about it. Thirty years later The Mahatma Letters - supposedly written by two of these "Masters" to A.P. Sinnett - was published. A careful investigation of the matters surrounding Blavatsky and Sinnett will bring the thoughtful person to the conclusion that they were either taken in by "wishful thinking," or were themselves part of some sort of disinformation campaign. Unfortunately, most so-called "occultists" have either knowingly or unknowingly relied upon the Blavatsky/Sinnett interpretations as foundations to their own ideas.

Joscelyn Godwin, in his books Arktos and The Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor, attempted to trace the threads of these ideas to the original sources. Geoffrey Ashe, in his book The Ancient Wisdom made a similar attempt with much better results. Earnest Scott in The People of the Secret states the problem as a legend that the ebb and flow of history are subject to purposive direction from a higher level of understanding, the process being manipulated by a hierarchy of intelligences - the lowest level of which makes physical contact with humanity.

We come now to Gurdjieff's comments about "planetary evolution," "secret schools," esoteric and exoteric teachings, in relation to our present subjects of Alternative 3 and the Secret Games of the Gods. In these remarks we will find, I believe, the Terrible Secret, the astounding revelation, the information, hitherto guarded jealously by the most enclosed of the inner Orders, the secrets pertaining "to a far deeper level of knowledge than has hitherto been made exoteric by the Schools - even in this enlightened age." Read it slowly; ponder it; reread it, and consider the implications of how the denizens of the Eighth Sphere might react to this revelation, how their "agents" among humanity might be manipulated to deal with it in order to conceal it, to cover it up, to distort it, to nullify it, and most of all, to make it come to naught.

Gurdjieff noted that standard scientific teachings tell us that life is "accidental." Such ideas fail to take into account the idea that there is nothing accidental or unnecessary in nature, that everything has a definite function and serves a definite purpose of Cosmic Consciousness. Gurdjieff then says:

It has been said before that organic life transmits planetary influences of various kinds to the earth and that it serves to feed the moon and to enable it to grow and strengthen. But the earth also is growing; not in the sense of size but in the sense of greater consciousness, greater receptivity. The planetary influences which were sufficient for her at one period of her existence become insufficient, she needs the reception of finer influences. To receive finer influences a finer, more sensitive receptive apparatus is necessary. Organic life, therefore, has to evolve, to adapt itself to the needs of the planets and the earth. Likewise also the moon can be satisfied at one period with the food which is given to her by organic life of a certain quality, but afterwards the time comes when she ceases to be satisfied with this food, cannot grow on it, and begins to get hungry. […] This means that in order to answer its purpose organic life must evolve and stand on the level of the needs of the planets, the earth, and the moon.

We must remember that the ray of creation, as we have taken it, from the Absolute to the moon, is like a branch of a tree - a growing branch. The end of this branch, the end out of which come new shoots, is the moon. If the moon does not grow, if it neither gives nor promises to give new shoots, it means that either the growth of the whole ray of creation will stop or that it must find another path for its growth, five out some kind of lateral branch. […]

If organic life on earth disappears or dies the whole branch will immediately wither. The same thing must happen, only more slowly, if organic life is arrested in its development, in its evolution, and fails to respond to the demands made upon it. The branch may wither. […]

General growth is possible only on the condition that the 'end of the branch' grows. Or, speaking more precisely, there are in organic life tissues which are evolving, and there are tissues which serve as food and medium for those which are evolving. Then there are evolving cells within the evolving tissues, and cells which serve as food and medium for those which are evolving. In each separate evolving cell there are evolving parts and there are parts which serve as food for those which are evolving. But always and in everything it must be remembered that evolution is never guaranteed, it is possible only and it can stop at any moment and in any place.

The evolving part of organic life is humanity. Humanity also has its evolving part. […] If humanity does not evolve it means that the evolution of organic life will stop and this in its turn will cause the growth of the ray of creation to stop. At the same time if humanity ceased to evolve, it becomes useless from the point of view of the aims for which it was created and as such it may be destroyed. In this way the cessation of evolution may mean the destruction of humanity. […]

[E]xamining the life of humanity as we know it historically we are bound to acknowledge that humanity is moving in a circle. In one century it destroys everything it creates in another and the progress in mechanical things of the past hundred years has proceeded at the cost of losing many other things which perhaps were much more important for it. Speaking in general there is every reason to think and to assert that humanity is at a standstill and from a standstill there is a straight path to downfall and degeneration. […]

[W]e see that a balanced process proceeding in a certain way cannot be changed at any moment it is desired. It can be changed and set on a new path only a certain 'crossroads.' In between the 'crossroads' nothing can be done. At the same time if a process passes by a 'crossroad' and nothing happens, nothing is done, then nothing can be done afterwards and the process will continue and develop according to mechanical laws; and even if people taking part in this process foresee the inevitable destruction of everything, they will be unable to do anything. I repeat that something can be done only at certain moments which I have just called 'crossroads.' […]

Of course there are very many people who consider that the life of humanity is not proceeding in the way in which according to their views it ought to go. And they invent various theories which in their opinion ought to change the whole life of humanity. […] All these theories are certainly quite fantastic, chiefly because they do not take into account the most important thing, namely, the subordinate part which humanity and organic life play in the world process.

Intellectual theories put man in the center of everything; everything exists for him… […] And all the time new theories appear evoking in their turn opposing theories; and all these theories and the struggle between them undoubtedly constitute one of the forces which keep humanity in the state in which it is at present. […]

Everything in nature has its aim and its purpose, both the inequality of man and his suffering. To destroy inequality would mean destroying the possibility of evolution. To destroy suffering would mean, first, destroying a whole series of perceptions for which man exists, […] and thus it is with all intellectual theories.

The process of evolution […] which is possible for humanity as a whole, is completely analogous to the process of evolution possible for the individual man. And it begins with the same thing, namely, a certain group of cells gradually becomes conscious; then it attracts to itself other cells, subordinates others, and gradually makes the whole organism serve its aims and not merely eat, drink, and sleep. This is evolution and there can be no other kind of evolution. In humanity as in individual man everything begins with the formation of a conscious nucleus. All the mechanical forces of life fight against the formation of this conscious nucleus in humanity, in just the same way as all mechanical habits, tastes and weaknesses fight against conscious self-remembering in man.

"Can it be that there is a conscious force which fights against the evolution of humanity?" [Ouspensky] asked.

"From a certain point of view it can be said," said G[urdjieff].

"There are two processes which are sometimes called 'involutionary' and 'evolutionary.' The difference between them is the following: An involutionary process begins consciously in the Absolute but at the next step it already becomes mechanical - and it becomes more and more mechanical as it develops; an evolutionary process begins half-consciously and conscious opposition to the evolutionary process can also appear at certain moments in the involutionary process. From where does this consciousness come? From the evolutionary process of course.

The evolutionary process must proceed without interruption. Any stop causes a separation from the fundamental process. Such separate fragments of consciousnesses which have been stopped in their development can also unite and at any rate for a certain time can live by struggling against the evolutionary process. After all, it makes the evolutionary process more interesting.

Instead of struggling against the mechanical forces there may, at certain moments, be a struggle against the intentional opposition of fairly powerful forces though they are not of course comparable with those which direct the evolutionary process. These opposing forces may sometimes even conquer. The reason for this consists in the fact that the forces guiding evolution have a more limited choice of means; in other words, they can only make use of certain means and certain methods. The opposing forces are not limited in their choice of means and they are able to make use of every means, even those which only give rise to a temporary success, and in the final result they destroy both evolution and involution at the point in question. […]

"Are we able to say for instance that life is governed by a group of conscious people? Where are they? Who are they? We see exactly the opposite: that life is governed by those who are the least conscious, by those who are most asleep.

"Are we able to say that we observe in life a preponderance of the best, the strongest, and the most courageous elements? Nothing of the sort. On the contrary we see a preponderance of vulgarity and stupidity of all kinds.

"Are we able to say that aspirations towards unity, towards unification, can be observed in life? Nothing of the kind of course. We only see new divisions, new hostility, new misunderstandings.

"So that in the actual situation of humanity there is nothing that points to evolution proceeding. On the contrary when we compare humanity with a man, we quite clearly see a growth of personality at the cost of essence, that is, a growth of the artificial, the unreal, and what is foreign, at the cost of the natural, the real, and what is one's own.

"Together with this, we see a growth of automatism.

"Contemporary cultures requires automatons. And people are undoubtedly losing their acquired habits of independence and turning into automatons, into parts of machines. It is impossible to say where is the end of all this and where the way out - or whether there is an end and a way out. One thing alone is certain, that man's slavery grows and increases. Man is becoming a willing slave. He no longer needs chains. He begins to grow fond of his slavery, to be proud of it. And this is the most terrible thing that can happen to a man.

"[A]s I pointed out before, the evolution of humanity can proceed only through the evolution of a certain group, which, in its turn, will influence and lead the rest of humanity.

"Are we able to say that such a group exists? Perhaps we can on the basis of certain signs, but in any event we have to acknowledge that it is a very small group, quite insufficient, at any rate, to subjugate the rest of humanity. Or looking at it from another point of view, we can say that humanity is in such a state that it is unable to accept the guidance of a conscious group."

"How many people could there be in this conscious group?" someone asked.

"Only they themselves know this," said G[urdjieff].

"Does it mean that they all know each other?" asked the same person again.

"How could it be otherwise?" asked G. "Imagine that there are two or three people who are awake in the midst of a multitude of sleeping people. They will certainly know each other. But those who are asleep cannot know them. How many are they? We do not know and we cannot know until we become like them. It has been clearly said before that each man can only see on the level of his own being. But two hundred conscious people, if they existed and if they found it necessary and legitimate, could change the whole of life on the earth. But either there are not enough of them, or they do not want to, or perhaps the time has not yet come, or perhaps other people are sleeping too soundly.[…]
Now, interestingly, this idea has repeatedly surfaced in UFO research and lore: the idea of mankind being "lunch" for the aliens. It is not quite that simple but the Cassiopaean source indicates that there is an energy that is released when the soul separates from the body and this is ostensibly the reason that higher density beings are often noted at times of great disaster and during wars; they are feeding on this awareness. Now, note, they are NOT feeding on the soul, but the energy of awareness! And, we have to look at the ideas of cyclic catastrophes in this light.

The Book of Revelation says:

"Then I saw a single angel stationed in the sun's light, and with a mighty voice he shouted to all the birds that fly across the sky, Come, gather yourselves together for the great supper of God, that you may feast on the flesh of rulers, the flesh of generals and captains, the flesh of powerful and mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all humanity, both free and slave, both small and great! ...and all the birds fed ravenously and glutted themselves with their flesh." (Chap 19, vs. 17, 18 and 21 excp., Amplified, Zondervan)
We now realize, of course, that we have found the answer to the questions we posed at the beginning of this chapter:

The question is, why? What, in the name of all things reasonable, would prompt anyone to wish to hide these matters? What kind of sick mind would divert the attention of humanity away from what is evident all over the planet to those with open eyes, and promote so assiduously ideas that mislead, misguide, and generally placate the populace into an assurance that either nothing is going to happen, or if it does, it will be preceded by a long period of approach by a body that is well organized and clearly seen?

Well, the clue is right there: "placate the populace." Control.

But, Heavenly days! What kind of lunatics would want to keep everything under control in that sense if they have some idea that they, themselves, might be destroyed in the very processes they are concealing?

Obviously, they don't think so. Obviously, they think they have a plan. And that suggests that, obviously, they know a lot more about what's going on, what the possibilities and probabilities are than the rest of us.
And we begin to have a glimmer of understanding of how Economics and Game Theory fit into the picture. It is by means of Game Theory strategies that control of Economics is obtained. And since in our reality, Money is Power, those who control the Economy control the world.

We begin to understand why members of the "Elite" on our planet, having been apprised of this fact, immediately went to work to discover the ways and means for their own escape. We understand why they funded Princeton and other institutions of higher learning, and why they imported all the brains on the planet, to put them to work to devise a method that could be activated at a certain point in time to transfer perimeters. We also begin to understand why they have made so concerted an effort to keep the masses of humanity deaf, dumb and blind: they are the sheep who will be the "food for the Moon" while the "Masters of the Game" escape.

Thanks for the info Laura and Kesdjan. Wow. This definitely puts things in a different perspective for me. I am going to have to read the entire wave series now, to get a better grip on things. I guess I was seeing things as a more literal function of the solar system and not as a metaphor for hyperdimensional realities. I don't know if this has been covered, but I'm pretty sure I read something like this on the Cassiopaea.org site once. But is one of the ways that we feed 4D STS, through the energy that we direct towards negative thoughts. And we do this because we think that these are our own thoughts. Similar to what G' talks about when he says that we are controlled by outside forces and that we have many different "I"s. Which sounds a lot like demonology, which is another description of 4D STS.

I'm not exactly sure how these thoughts enter our minds, maybe it's an ability of 4D, or perhaps it is a mental program, or both, either way we still have the ability to chose what we think.

The other thing I don't understand is, when we think of negative thoughts, do the 4D STS just come by and drink it (for lack of a better way to phrase it), or, is it by thinking certain thoughts, we focus energy into a certain vibrational frequencies and there are certain entities of those frequencies who receives the energy directly, because they are the originators of the thought forms/ frequencies. Just trying to get a handle on this even though I learn at a snails pace.

Gurdjieff:

Q: (T) We were 3rd density STO at that time. Was this after the battle that had transpired? In other words, were we, as a 3rd density race, literally on our own at that point, as opposed to before?
A: Was battle.
Q: (L) The battle was in us?
A: Through you.
Q: (T) The battle was through us as to whether we would walk through this doorway... (L) The battle was fought through us, we were literally the battleground. (T) Was the battle over whether or not we walked through that door?
A: Close.
Q: (T) Okay, we were STO at that point. You have said before that on this density we have the choice of being STS or STO.
A: Oh Terry, the battle is always there, it's "when" you choose that counts!
[...]
Q: (T) This must tie into why the Lizards and other aliens keep telling people that they have given their consent for abduction and so forth. We were STO and now we are STS.
A: Yes, ... "When" you went for the gold, you said "Hello" to the Lizards and all that that implies.
Q: (T) ...By going for the gold, we became STS beings because going for the gold was STS.
A: Yes.
Q: (T) And, in doing so, we ended up aligning ourselves with the 4th density Lizard Beings...
A: Yes.

This statement--it's "when" you choose that counts!--has continued to befuddle me for some time. Maybe this idea of when and why it counts has been covered more in depth elsewhere in the literature, and either I've not read it or I've forgotten it.

But reading the quote above, Gurdjieff talks about a 'crossroads'--a critical when (which presumably lies in our future but is quickly approaching)--beyond which evolution becomes impossible. While, in a similar way, the C's seem to be saying that at a certain 'crossroads' 309,000 years ago mankind chose 3D STS... and thus we were stuck with it.

But the crossroads we face now, 309,000 years later, seems to be of a different nature. That is, it does not appear that all of mankind will act jointly again, to make a re-leap back to STO. Also, it does not appear that it will be a realignment within the same density, as it was then. At least for some, potentially, the change will not only be to STO but also to 4D.

But.... let's say a certain group is aiming to make the leap at this approaching crossroads, from 3D STS to 4D STO, and hit the ground running, so to speak. But, while it is making these preparations under its current disadvantages (it is STS) and limitations (it is 3D), how does it go about this task? Gurdjieff says....

It almost sounds like evolution is an STS process... or that, at our level of reality, as STS beings, we cannot discard the processes which give advantage.... as if, because of the inherent limitations of our condition, the 'tactics' of STO candidates must in some ways mirror those of the STS hierarchy that opposes evolution.

Don Juan speaks of learning the Art of Stalking. We are hunters. And of course, humans are predators by evolutionary requirement. But, we are postulating that there is a difference between some predators and others. A psychopathic predator has no empathy, and his prey is souled (or potentially souled) human beings. His goal is to harm, and he feeds off the negative energy. And Organic Portals unconsciously provide such a feeding service for 4D STS. For the rest of us, we prey on 2D and 1D beings, for food, as a matter of survival. We do not, I presume, feed off the negative energy of the animals we kill. So maybe the difference is, what nourishes us, what we prey upon, and why.

"Be ye wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."

This serpent wisdom must in some sense be utilizing our present condition as a spring-board to the next. It is the understanding of the strategy of the enemy, and the putting to use that which is useful which we learn... only not for the purpose of harming, manipulating, taking advantage of others, as STS do, but as a defense, or as, in martial arts, the larger opponent's own weight, velocity, and trajectory, and so forth, is used against him.

The difficult concept for me to grasp is, how, as an STS being, to aspire towards STO ethically... or how can one aspire except in an ethical manner, if the aspiration is to become STO? But how do STS beings act ethically, i.e., non-selfishly? And if they can, how do they do so and still achieve their aim? I know the C's say that STO-candidates remain STS until the transition to 4D... although sometimes they seem to say we could make that transition now. Assuming, however, that most of us haven't, it seems we cannot divorce ourselves entirely from STS methods of gaining advantage... not over others for the harm of others, but certainly in terms of gaining advantage for ourselves in some sense.

Ultimately, we want to become STO... we want ourselves to become STO. As empathetic beings, if we are such, we also want others to become STO and have happy endings, etc. But as realists, we aim at least to control that which we can: our own progress. But we need to do this without dismissing or stepping on others. At the same time, if a Lizzie jumps at me (metaphorically), I need have no qualms about dodging it, then using its head as a springboard for escape.

In another and more general sense, what I am aiming to understand is, in terms of the evolution of an STO candidate, or this preparation for density-jump, if this itself is a part of the evolutionary process, which process always includes the attraction of some elements and the subordination of others: what are the elements attracted and subordinated? We know that the psychopathic STS hierarchy both attracts and subordinates other human beings (both souled and non-souled I suppose) for its own nefarious purposes, and against the ultimate interests of those beings. To what extent does the STO-candidate "hierarchy" (if it can be called such in some accurate though perhaps limited sense... as in a natural rather than a mechanical hierarchy based on progress towards consciousness) mirror this process of attraction and subordination, and in what fundamental ways does it differ? Can it be in anyone's interest every to be subordinated, and if so, under what circumstances? And if not, then how does the evolutionary branch towards STO proceed?

This post is rambling, as I am trying to get my mind around some things I can't quite articulate... hope it's not too messy to make any sense of.
