Gut reaction, no. Reminds me of CGI from video games.

Plus as the vehicle stops to watch the 'ship' go down, there was quite the cheesy screeching rubber tire sound.

To me it doesn't look like the typical UFO that can be from another realm. It looks rather as an insertion, similar to old science fiction movies. Even it doesn't have the typical behavior of UFOs, (though that is not a fixed feature).

I had the same thought, but there is also the possibility that UFOs are more physical that means made by and for humans.

Yep, another possibility is a ''secret'' craft made by the military, but it is suspicious the fact that it goes side by side (same speed) with the vehicle where it was being filmed from, while at the same time it doesn-t give the sensation of proper movement in space.
