Israel warns of Gaza 'holocaust'

I just caught this on the UK's main propoganda news site the BBC, but in light of a few warnings that George Ure has posted in relation to the webbot project and a massive Israeli Military strike and blunder that may be just days away, I thought this was worth posting and maybe discussing further.

It sickens me that the language used by the Zionist Pathocrats is calling for a "Bigger Holocaust" in the Gaza strip (especially as it was a large part of the Jewish people who have suffered a similar fate at the hands of the Nazi party). This is quite telling as not only does it let us into the mindset of the Deputy Defense Ministers view that there is already a Holocaust going on in Gaza, but that they plan to repeat the past mistakes of others and seek to cause a New and Improved Holocaust on the Palestinians!!!

Here's the link:

Israeli leaders are warning of an imminent conflagration in Gaza after Palestinian militants aimed rockets at the southern city of Ashkelon.
The deputy defence minister said the stepped-up rocket fire would trigger what he called a "bigger holocaust" in the Hamas-controlled coastal strip.

Israeli air strikes have killed about 30 Palestinians, including six children in the past two days.

Israel has activated its early warning system in Ashkelon for the first time.

One rocket hit a block of flats in the city of 120,000 inhabitants about 10km (six miles) north of the Gaza Strip breaking through the roof and slicing through three floors below.

No-one was injured, but another rocket landed near a school, wounding a 17-year-old girl.

"The more [rocket] fire intensifies and the rockets reach a longer range, they (the Palestinians) will bring upon themselves a bigger holocaust because we will use all our might to defend ourselves," Matan Vilnai told Israeli army radio.

Correspondents say the "holocaust" is a term rarely used in Israel outside discussions of the Nazi genocide during World War II.

Separately, the chairman of the parliamentary defence and foreign affairs committee said Israel troops must topple the Hamas movement in Gaza and take over areas used to fire rockets.

"The state of Israel must make a strategic decision to order the army to prepare quickly," Tzachi Hanegbi told Israel Radio.

Code red

Israeli aircraft launched at least three raids on Gaza overnight. In one attack in the Jabaliya area at least four people were wounded including two children.

One Israeli civilian was killed in rocket fire on Wednesday. Of the Palestinian fatalities, about half have been civilians, including at least six children.

Hamas has called on Palestinians and Arabs to hold protests after Friday prayers against Israel's raids on Gaza.

Israeli security officials said that the rockets fired at Ashkelon have been Grad-type imports made in Iran with a range of about 22km.

It is the first time Israel has ordered Code Red sirens to be sounded in Ashkelon as well as Sderot, the town almost abutting Gaza territory where the civilian was killed.

Reports say dozens of soldiers in orange berets from the Israeli military's Home Front Command have been hanging posters around the city instructing residents on what to do when the warning sounds.

"It's a city with large facilities - a huge soccer stadium, and a basketball stadium, and a beach. No-one is ready for this," Ashkelon mayor Roni Mehatzri told Israel Radio.

Israel's leadership has been under pressure in some quarters to launch a ground invasion of Gaza to end the rocket fire. However, a recent opinion poll also indicated a majority of Israel's favour a negotiated truce with Hamas.

Hamas has been shunned by the West for refusing to recognise Israel's legitimacy, it beat the Fatah faction in a parliamentary election two years ago.

Hamas says it will cease fire if Israel stops military operations in Palestinian areas. It is also demanding an end to the Israeli-led blockade of Gaza that has cut supplies to its 1.5m inhabitants.

It's another sad reminder of the cyclical nature of violence unfortunately. I really wonder sometimes if the Palestinians are not kept in their miserable position simply to be punching bags of sorts for the Israeli's to work out their anger at the west over what happened during WWII.

Hey Telperion,

Make a search for "Controversy of Zion" by Douglas Reed for example.
I think you are oversimplifying the problem a lot.

The fact that Dick Cheney went to Texas then to Israel is very worrisome in this regard. I think the crash of the stealth bomber in Guam was engineered by the other faction that doesn't want more wars for Israel. But now with Israel planning a big attack and the U.S. moving a warship off the coast of Lebanon (http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080229/ts_nm/lebanon_usa_warship_dc_5;_ylt=Alcz.UvJY7qQ_nUyTDxmbC1x24cA) and oil spiking, it looks pretty scary.

I just wonder why Cheney had to go to Texas. What's in Texas? And notice, also, that Bush is going to Texas over the weekend and then right back to DC.

Any ideas?

Hmm - who's in Texas that he couldn't risk talking to over the phone or computer because it might be intercepted by - oh - which country is it that runs the telecom industry in the US, uhhmm - you know that country that installed back doors into all communication software - starts with an I and ends with a srael...

Well, according to C's Dallas airport is a secret base like Denver airport. So are Orlando and Miami.

Does anyone know Cheney's "secret talks" rout? Because I found something curious about power shut down in Florida, Miami:

http://www.huliq.com/51806/florida-power-outage-nuke-plant-down [moderator - also carried on the SotT page here http://www.sott.net/articles/show/149821-UPDATE-Nuke-plant-shutdown-causes-massive-power-outage-in-South-Florida ]

MSNBC just reported on the massive power outage across Florida due to a power surge and that a nuclear power plant lost power.

Am I the only one who finds it disturbing that something designed to make power, loses the power to make that power? And is the word "surge" the most overused descriptor of the decade?

UPDATE: Make that two nuke plants!? Reuters reports that both nuclear power facilities at Turkey Point have been shut down due to lost of "off-site" power.

CNN reported that eight power plants in South Florida in the Miami area were out of service.

The 2,196 MW Turkey Point station is located in Florida City in Miami-Dade County, about 25 miles south of Miami.

There are several units at Turkey Point: the 398 MW oil/natural gas-fired Unit 1, the 400 MW oil/gas-fired Unit 2, two 693 MW nuclear units, 3 and 4, the 1,150 MW combined-cycle gas-fired Unit 5, and a handful of 2 MW and 3 MW oil-fired turbines.

I didn't know you had to plug a nuclear power plant into something else, and you'd think one of the other plants nearby would do the trick.

However, I don't know enough about energy production to have been invited to Dick Cheney's lair for secret talks, so what I think doesn't really matter, does it.
Also this interesting comment:

So there's a bunch on UFO reports over nuclear plants in Florida during the past 48 hours, but no mention in any media story, just the usual "no explanation?"

There is also this:

A 14-vehicle caravan zoomed east down Interstate 20, cleared by the Texas Department of Public Safety, and spent the afternoon downtown on the 11th floor of Hilton Midland Plaza with city police and U.S. Secret Service standing guard.

Then the Cheneys went out at 4 p.m. to meet Cornyn and 150 GOP stalwarts at the northwest Midland home of Barry and Nancy Beal to help finance Cornyn's campaign against the expected Democratic nominee, state Rep. Rick Noriega of Houston.
Cheney had appeared in Dallas on Monday and stopped at Robert Gray Army Airfield at Fort Hood in Killeen to address troops Tuesday morning. A number of Air Force and Army personnel accompanied him on Air Force Two and awaited his return.

Looks like something is definitely up, perhaps a repeat of summer 2006 in Lebanon, but this time with added "holocaust". The stationing of the USS Cole is ominous on two levels: the physical presence of a Aegis class Destroyer and the symbolic gesture in using a ship that was used in a fake al-qaeda terror attack back in 2000.

As for the Aegis weapon system, it is "an advanced combat, control, and information system that uses powerful computers and radars to track and destroy enemy targets. It is the most advanced modern combat system and is the first fully integrated combat system built to defend against air, surface, and subsurface threats."

Now what is the need for such a system to "defend against air, surface, and subsurface threats". Missiles from who? Hamas? Hardly. Syria? Possibly, Iran, possibly, or should that be Syrian and Iranian missiles of Israeli origin? Perhaps the Cole is being stationed there to play its part as the best little floating false flag target since the Lusitania?

Add in the plausible explanation for the Cole's presence off Lebanon - to warn Syria - and the much-touted links between Syria and Iran as financiers of terrorism, and things don't look good.

Not sure if it's related, but Mike Huckabee and Bill Clinton were having Mexican food in San Antonio last week sometime..I'll find out more details, if possible. Details: Campaigning..couldn't find out anything else

I was assuming the heads of the oil industry. Give them a heads up. Who knows, though.

Well, Uber-Pastor John Hagee is in San Antonio.
Hagee also just endorsed McCain.
Hagee is a rabid Christo-Zionist.
Israel is attacking Gaza.
I have no idea if any of this is relevant, I'm just mentioning these things.
