Israeli company contracted to build US/Mexico border fence in Arizona

I just found this and thought well this is disturbing, why is US goverment so eager to close boarders like that? Is it because they want nobody get in or nobody get out?Are they preparing for something? Mass of angry/hungry populations perhaps...
