Sounds to me like a convenient excuse to use to cover up more false-flag attacks, which could be used to further the fearmongering and Orwellian population control manouvers by the PTB. The sheeple would likely believe that there are terrorist cells of Hezbollah running round all over the place after just one attack and then be happy to give up more of their collective freedoms than have already been taken away under the guise of "making us all safe from the big bad terrorists". Nevermind the real terrorists are the pathocrats in power.
