Bob Dylan joins long list of Jewish musicians performing Christmas music
I've successfully dodged the Christmas season up to this moment, but now time forcing me to face the music I was flabbergasted to find Bob Dylan released a Christmas album, which prompted a quick search to find this LA Times article providing me an eye opening role call of the Jewish musicians capitalizing on the holiday. I find Neil Diamond's quote especially telling in a between-the-lines sort of way.
"I thought I'd throw one in there for my people too, because we always feel a little left out around this time of year. Christmas music is amazingly evocative to people of all religions and cultures.
Uh, right Neil, and just what part of Asia were you hanging out in during a Christmas season to arrive at such a conclusion?
