Key Words

If these key words are worth anything they should be able to be put to use, can they?
I think so! For instance every quote that the SOTT put up I've use this as a starting base close to when I started positing SOTT articles on FB. And because I was very much unaware of many things In the beginning I use these quotes as a starting base to focus my direction.

It's not that I look for a correlation but more of a quote of the day. I've been doing it for so long now( well only since last year) that I'm now thinking I do this many times in all of my work and only starting to be conscious of it. In the beginning I consider SOTT quotes "like" a life saver in the sense of becoming aware of the direction and what SOTT was about and also the depth of the quote presented and not to mention at least now everyother one that I read that other post. And when I read info especially ancient knowledge such as the "Work" and the "Work" of many authors revealing the "truths" I take it re specfully serious and I have gone through a tremendous amount of health problems and a near death experience and stress throughout the study of the "work" and realization because of it as I can assume like many others.

In a sense it becomes real when I read or alive, to a certain extent.

Yeah the quotes of the day are great openers of eyes to the depth at hand, a reminder that this is not just a news feed. Other than that I have a hard time following what you write on the overall in this thread but can relate to not writing clearly or atleast not being clearly received as when I joined here was trapped in my own thinking and it was hard to relate to how other people read, doing the EE program helped alot with this I think. May I ask how your diet is and if you have read into the importance of diet as in f.ex "Life Without Bread" or the august session?

My diet is buckwheat, buckwheat honey, organic grass fed chicken, raw grass fed organic milk and bananas & blueberries in the batter of pancakes, grass fed No Nitrite/Nitrate uncured Bacon and sausage, fluoride free water and pig backfat, coconut oil, and hazel nut oil. I started eating peanuts for a while but then I stop because I would have allergies: like thick scratch marks on my body that would appear and then disappear for a couple of minutes. I cut bread out I think a half year back... you know with all of the gluten and grain

so this bf, lunch, and dinner

I read the august session.

Thanks for replying. That's a lot of carbs, which is no good for a body that wants to last and learn. There is good reason to keep up with the diet section as we have been making much progress in understanding how our health has been thoroughly sabotaged and how we can work to heal it. Also if you havent gotten to it yet; getting comfortable with the 'big 5' psychology books and Eiriu Eiolas is crucial for balance in our work 'cleaning our machines'.

Yeah too many bananas and panckes in a day and not enough meat and saturated fats. Thanks! With all thats going on in the world i don't always pay attention to my amount intake of the right foods for the body.
