I stumbled over this follow up to last January's posting of "NASA's Quest to Find Water on the Moon Moves Closer to Launch" through a cross reference that turned up through exopolitics.com and I'm stunned by the scope and magnitude of the crashing a bomb into the Moon will create a crater "5 miles wide" with plumes exploding 6 miles high off the surface visible even by "modest telescopes". Apparently we need water really bad up there to "provide unlimited fuel for any future Moon base". Uhhh, apparently it's time to get to building arks and space colonies and such.
