The Living Force
First I bought a TypeMatrix 2030 ortholinear keyboard.
I took a few days to get used to it.
Then I did several dactylotests in French with an Azerty layout. I was at 30 words per minute (WPM) on my first test, 50 WPM a few days later.
I used Klavaro software to learn to type in Bépo. Did all the exercises. Then did my first dactylotest in Bépo : 5 WPM.
A few weeks later, doing tests every days I am now arround 30 WPM.
According to my little research Bépo is the best option when you type in several different European languages. It should take about six months to type as fast in Bépo as you were in Azerty or Qwerty.
Bépo reduce strain on your hands and allow you to type 20% faster.
