This is going to make me seem a tad odd but then a severe enough introvert can be odd. Could perhaps have put this in the Tickle Me forum but then to quote Lindsey Buckingham "It's not that funny is it?". Quoting Lindsey fits since my first attempt with a Letterman Top Ten list occurred in a Stevie Nicks topic in my very first online conversation thirty-some years ago (see number one reason).
Top Ten Reasons to Be an Introvert
10. Don't have to decide between extrovert and extravert
9. Standing ovation for saying "good morning" Yes!
8. "Don't know anything about turkeys" wins you your longest utterance of the year award from your wife's employer
7. Don't have to talk to the college coed pushed into you by her friends
6. Ditto for the department secretary who pushes into your path from her barstool
5. Because you are waiting until 30 for a first kiss (saves on dating expenses)
4. Get laid off at 40 and never work again (saves on job stress)
3. Hamburger chain name is really nostalgic even if they got the hair color wrong
