oh, and I'm thinking the reason they blocked it out is because had it been translated into Saudi Arabian(?),the terminology probably would've sounded nonsense to you ...I guess the best I could describe an example would be:

The mouse pad was a place where mice lived would sound like...The cursor receptacle platform used to be where rodents abide.

They usually block porn sites and politically sensitive sites. May be this site had something they didn't agree with.

And Danny....it not "Saudi Arabian"....the official language here is Arabic.

but I dont speak it...lol..I am from India.
