Light and sound therapy: nexus with infrared therapy?

Hello everyone.

I have suffered from non-infectious sinusitis (simple inflammation of the sinuses) throughout my life. With changes in diet and supplements, lately it was much better, but with the arrival of this winter, when closing the windows and lighting the stove (one day the house was accidentally filled with smoke from the stove), I suffered a strong regrowth of the inflammation that came to cover my ears and make it impossible to stand before a computer screen.
With the recent discussion at the cassiopaea forum on the use of red and infrared lights, I decided to try a small and inexpensive device to see any results
(is this: h t t p s://es.aliexpress.com/item/Allergy-Reliever-Allergic -there-FEVER-ANTI-ALLERGY-TREATMENT-DEVICE-phototherapy-health-care / 1465292221.html? spm = a219c.10010108.1000014.4.5051a8f41TAvAW & traffic_analysisId = recommend_3035_null_null_null & scm = 1007.13338.80878.000000000000000 & pvid = 55734b6d-556a-4bd5-b306-ecb8e6fd5e80 & TPP = 1 ).

As you can see, it is a small laser of low power (color of 650nm) which is used for nasal affections. In its original functioning (fixed intranasal red light) it has some benefit, although it is not the panacea either.

Then what was said in this session came to my mind:

(Pierre) My thinking was that we have stem cells. They are this raw material that depending on the needs of our body, we can use to build any kind of tissue: neurons, muscle, etc. So, why do we need to get our stem cells in our blood although we already have stem cells in our body - especially in our bone marrow? Maybe we can ask a simple question first. When you are too sick, you are not able to properly use your stem cells, is that it?

A: Yes

Q: (Pierre) Okay, the mechanism is blocked. So this therapy helps you to overcome this blockage?

A: Yes

Q: (Pierre) And to mobilize the stem cells, because in the bone marrow they're kind of dormant...

A: And part of the attack from 4D STS is aimed at exactly that.

Q: (L) In other words, blocking the ability to repair.

(Pierre) So you circumvent this blockage, this attack, by mobilizing your stem cells through direct injection in the blood. In the paper you were reading earlier, they mention activating the stem cells. How do they activate stem cells?

A: Sound and light

...

(Ark) I'm not sure if I'm right. But I think that this kind of therapy is somewhat like the ideas of Benveniste which worked if there wasn't a red-haired woman nearby! So what counts is not so much the theory, but the success rate. In some labs, the same protocol will work, but the same protocol somewhere else with a little different vibration or whatever will not work. I'm not sure, but I have this impression.

A: Good point.

...

(Chu) Is that similar to what the ancients used to do with light and sound? Were they achieving similar results?

A: Very close.

Then I remembered some sound files that I downloaded some time ago on my computer that are supposed to be homeopathic and allopathic remedies recorded in a digital format (in a way like Benveniste and Montagnier did), that is, in the form of sound files.
These digital remedies (allopathic and homeopathic) come from 'Remedes-Numeriques.com', where the author explains them and has arranged them for download and free use for anyone who requests it.
----------------
Important Note:
For my part, make it clear that I have nothing to do with the author, although I signed up as a user and from time to time I download some sound files. But I can attest that these contents are free and without any profit motive.
It seems, according to the author, that to protect himself (of the pharmacy industry) he has decided to leave free access to the web of downloads to those who request it and identify themselves by filling in this: http://www.remedes-numeriques.com/inscription.aspx
Before anyone doing this, the theoretical foundations of his work can be consulted in:

-------------

My previous experience with the use of these 'digital remedies' was that to some extent they had utility, although moderate and in some respects limited (similar to usual homeopathy).
But the obvious idea that came to my mind was to get the laser pulsed to the rhythm of these digital remedies in the form of sound, so that the sound modulates the emission of light. Here it is important to note that these sound files look like white or brown noise, although each one has a different character.

I was lucky that the intranasal laser set is plugged in through a headphone plug, so I was tempted to connect the laser set to the sound card of my computer.
It needs a sound card capable of handling a fairly high impedance, as well as amplify a little the weak sound, to get the laser to turn on and pulse to the sound rhythm, but I got it. I opened digital remedies of 'remedes-numeriques' with Audacity (a sound editor software) and amplified them a bit (without passing the cropping point). So the small laser comes to pulse in the form of red-infrared light (650nm) digital information stored as sound.

The effect was dramatic on my nose, especially with certain homeopathic remedies. I have never experienced such dramatic improvement in such a short time. It seemed the anti-inflammatory effect of a very high dose of ibuprofen (something I have not taken for a long time). In just two days all inflammation has gone, my ears have opened completely, and the mood has risen very noticeably. This is very very powerful. I do not have any doubt. I also notice the effect of each remedy in a different way. Each one has its characteristic 'flavor'. Some have stronger effects, and others, different effects. Some of them produce in a short time a sensation of 'saturation' and then I understand that I have to change for another.

I find it hard to believe that this is a placebo effect, although it would be advisable if someone else here wants to try to do something similar to this, to be more sure if it does what it seems.
On the other hand, if I put the light fixed (non pulsed), or pulse stationary frequencies (a fixed value in hz) the result is poorer.

I am so excited about this result that I think this could be useful to the forum.

Also, now I wonder, what happens if the same is applied to the infrabed, to apply sound and frequency to the whole body. I think it's a fascinating idea. After all, according to the following video, it would not be very difficult to do:

It would also be important to discern whether the Cs really referred to something like this when talking about light and sound as potential therapy.
Perhaps this could be the object of some question to the Cs ?.

What if we hook up an IR spot light or sauna to a microphone and sing into it? It would require some electronic finagling but it could be done.

Cool idea. Just be careful not to overload the LEDs, don't make them any brighter than normal.

The strength of the light is greater when it is fixed with its original device. With the sound pulsed (soundcard) it just gives weak light beats. In fact, when it is fixed with its original device I have to turn it off after 10 or 15 minutes, otherwise I get a saturation effect. With the sound pulsed a refreshing effect lasts longer.

It is indeed a good idea to try. Someone could record a voice sound file with good intentions, and pulse it on someone.
