Could it be a comet instead?
According to the video description it was witnessed on September 13th 2012 (interestingly, the same date a comet fragment exploded above the US). I was looking for a "bright light in the sky" seen in Iran, because I was just in the living room having lunch when my father told me to take a look at the television. They had an Iranian TV channel on, and the newscaster mentioned that people witnessed a bright light in the sky. But this video was all I could find, so I'm not sure if this was the light that was mentioned on the news. But fwiw, it can be seen here:
