Hi,

I just wanted to suggest two things, both concerning links:
- Links in the forum could be opened in new windows instead of overwriting the currently viewed thread
- Links on the Signs page could open in the same window

In my opinion that would make more sense...

The link to "The Torino Scale" from the Catastrophe Resources ends up with "404 Not Found" message. FYI.
