The Living Force
A list of GMO Products and Companies sponcering them. Although the article's title states "comprehensive" I don't see any baking products listed nor any canned goods such as vegetables, beans and fruit or glass bottled products like jellies or jams, pickles, beets or tomato sauces.

I think it is really much simpler than this. Don't buy from companies that sell "industrial food." Your best bet is unprocessed and minimally processed "real foods."

Genetically modified foods have contaminated the non-GMO food supply, as expected, and you may not be able to avoid them entirely. You can avoid a lot of it, though, by avoiding grains. If you buy organic, it isn't supposed to be genetically modified, but it could have been contaminated.

Buying organic should avoid the glyphosate (Roundup) residue that can be present in GM crops. The whole idea for most GM crops (except corn) is to make it glyphosate-resistant so that you can soak the crops in herbicide! Glyphosate is far more toxic than the manufacturer claims -- you don't want it in your food or in your house.
