Little handshakes

I saw Our Prince Charles performing a mysterious finger flutter during a 'political handshake' with a top ranking smiling pakistani gentleman. The rather prominent moment occured during tv coverage of his recent meetings there.

I know that handshakes are a well observed phenomenon, but I would appreciate any observations of similar.
