1) The Galactic Conspiracy exists to accomplish the purpose of subjugation, torture, enslavement and control of the people on some of the planets in the Galaxy for the purpose of harvesting certain Universal energies for the controlling races, and is directed and administered by a Galactic Council which consists of representatives of the galactic organizations which have sprung up in our galaxy since the beginning of time as we know it.
This information and much of the following comes from NSA/CIA intelligence projects which have been carried out since the Second World War, exposed to the public by former military and intelligence agents who have come forward with much diversified information.
This council has, for the last several hundred thousands of years, given control of this planet to a hereditary military-governorship from a reptilian/humanoid species who have enslaved and subjugated humankind. These reptoid aliens have created and directed most, if not all, of the problems which have faced humankind throughout the ages, have created secret societies with direct access to the aliens and their bases, have created false religions to mystify us and divert us from Universal truth, have spread untold diseases designed to create social chaos and reduce human population, have removed mineral assets from the planet, have greatly contributed to the environmental decay of the planet surface and its atmosphere, all of this in the form of military and intelligence operations designed to continue the subjugation of the people of the planet Earth in the name and profit of the controlling races.
They have enslaved other races to act as agentur for their purposes, specifically a short, grey insect/reptilian based species from Zeta Reticuli 1 and 2 who reproduce by cloning. They have provided devices and methods for their Earth agentur to communicate with their own space vehicles and outposts, have instructed priest of their created religions to author books of supposed religious doctrine which would help afford greater control of the people and foretell their master plan, they have performed miracles for the people under the name of their created falsities to augment those religions in the minds of the people while the core basis of existential belief of those religions denies the realization of certain Universal truths which would empower the people and allow them to defeat the tenets of the Galactic Conspiracy. They have polluted the environment on the face of the Earth and have poisoned the hearts, minds and bodies of the people.
They have fostered and created their own master secret organization, the Order of Zion, which holds onto the secret truths and tactics of that Galactic Conspiracy and directs and controls the International Conspiracy. The present plan of action for planetary control in this Galactic Conspiracy is set forth in the document The Protocols of The Meetings of The Learned Elders of Zion, which is a document whose origin has been traced to the Orders Of Zion, and which is really the handbook of action for planetary subjugation and control for those galactic organizations. This plan of action was passed to the Order Of Zion (first surfacing in 1773 as a speech by Amschel Mayer Bauer Rothschild, patriarch of the House Of Rothschild), the international faction which is presently being featured by the alien military-governorship and which uses The Order And Sect Of The Illuminati, The Free And Accepted Masons and B’ nai B’rith as their soldiers of conquest for that plan.
They have instilled and created on the face of the Earth a secret international government through the organizations they have formed which have carried out and are carrying out the plan of the Order Of Zion for world domination by an Elitis/Fascit/Communist One World Government which would deny basic rights of individual existence to the people and be controlled directly by the Galactic Conspiracy.
2) The International Conspiracy which exists from which that secret government has sprung up
Which controls and links all the secret national governments of the world into that international conspiracy is based in New York City, and is executed by the Order Of Zion through organizations such as the international banking community, the Illuminati, the Bilderberger Society, the Club Of Rome, the Committee of 300, the Trilateral commission and privately through intelligence and research arms such as the Rand Corporation and the Bechtel Corporation, and international institutions such as the Tavistock Institute and its affiliates, and whose directives are passed on to the different national institutes and national Councils on Foreign Relations for performance. They have used the techniques defined in their protocols to dupe unsuspecting individuals and to empower fully witting associates into the continuance of the master plan to directly control the world through their type of One World Government.

Majority-Twelve, as representatives of the National Conspiracy, struck direct deals with the enslaved race of the alien military-governorship to develop underground bases of operation to work with those enslaved beings in joint projects of the International Conspiracy and the Galactic Conspiracy.

And they have violated the Constitution by removing direct representation by the States, thus invalidating the compact between those States and the people, and are preparing to bankrupt this country and install a new constitution which meets the requirements for imposing a dictatorship on the people.
They have sold out the people of America to mutilations and abductions which were performed for the purpose of providing the necessary elements of nutrition for the enslaved alien race, and to implant the people with devices designed to allow the conspiracy to more easily control and carry out their plans through use of these individuals sometime in the future. They have hidden the true nature of “UFO’sᾠ by the destruction of the reputations of those who have been abducted or who came into other types of contact with such beings or ships, including members of our own assorted armed forces. And they have discredited those individuals who presented information and technology which could have greatly advanced the state of being of the human race, and destroyed all of their discoveries which might have exposed the truth about many of the hoaxes being perpetrated on humankind.
They have refused the people the true spiritual technologies of the Universe. They have denied the people the truth about the relationships and programs being performed regarding alien technology which has been provided and about the true origins of the religions that have been created and fostered upon them which only serve to dis-empower individual beings from Universal truth. They have created frictions and committed assassinations which have broken and destroyed the spirit of the people towards their supposed government and towards life in the Universe.

4) The Subterranean Earth Conspiracy which has existed since “modernᾠ time began, and which has
hidden its existence and failed to provide any assistance to the enslaved inhabitants on the face of the Earth are the remnants of secret societies and castes of high priest (The Order Of The Melchizedec) who once ruled over the civilizations of the lost Pacific Ocean island continent of Mu, the lost Atlantic Ocean island continent of Atlantic and the empire of the Uighurs (a colony of Mu which spanned the Asian continent.
The ancient civilizations were destroyed by either natural disasters, planetary war, or a combination of both, the last catastrophe as such know as the Biblical Flood and which permanently destroyed the civilizations mentioned above.
