Lord Stern on global warming: It's even worse than I thought

Another article attempting to whip up hysteria - complete with obligatory photo of Polar Bear seemingly stranded on a melting ice float. Of interest though is that Lord Stern is the former chief economist at the World Bank. Is he carrying out instructions from his former associates?

Yep, hysteria indeed. Does he not see the data now, that even with a "high" CO2 level, the average temperature has not gone up this year. The photo of the polar bear being stranded in that picture makes me laugh. Polar bears can swim anyhow! More and more I see the global warming alarmists use emotions of the people to get support for draconian energy measures, such as the ridiculous cap and trade proposals.
