Hi
This is a new documentary that mostly covers the Rockwall in Texas but also looks at various mound structures in the US and their history.
The Rockwall was said to be a natural formation but clearly it is many thousands of years old.
I watched this recently and although it is long it has a lot of very interesting information.
Below is the blurb from the director. it is available from _http://www.theglobalreality.com, currently as a digital download.

Who really discovered America? Is there more to American pre history than we have been told?
What do we make of ancient sites and artifacts that clearly predate Columbus and even native Americans?
Join radio host and filmmaker Josh Reeves as he attempts to uncover the secrets of the ancient wall in Rockwall,Texas
and sets out on a multi state journey to find out who these ancient and mysterious peoples, who inhabited the Americas
long before the rise of colonial America or natives might have been.
Directed by Josh Reeves 3 hours 34 minutes.

Thanks for posting the link to this, jonspock -- it looks interesting, I and look forward to watching it as soon as I have a chance.

In the meantime, welcome to the forum -- we encourage all new members to post an intro on the Newbies board, telling us a bit about yourself and how you found us. Thanks, and looking forward to your intro :)

Great link, jonspock. The trailer intrigued me enough that I bought the download for the entire documentary. The only fly in the ointment is the download won't download. I have sent a complaint to the site. I hope they can resolve this. I really want to see the rest.

I grew up in eastern Oklahoma and was reading that they had found a prehistoric foundry/forge in the Kiamichi Mountains in the southeastern part of the state. It was also built somewhat larger than would be used by modern men. The Corps of Engineers hurriedly bulldozed the site before a formal study of it could be made. This was not all that far from Rockwall, TX.

I cannot find the original article, but I think that this is referring to the same location:

thanks for the replies. I did my obligatory post in the newbies section
Thanks for link to Viewzone. I have read some very intriguing stuff there before. It looks similar to something that is in the movie, I also just don't remember details. If not it is definitely along the same lines

Thanks jonspock for the heads up. I am fascinated by the subject and went ahead and purchased the full movie. Can't wait to watch it later.

Hi Rabelais, I purchased the movie and had trouble downloading with Google Chrome. Switched to Firefox and downloaded fine (though took a few hours). Hope that helps.

Downloaded this with Safari without issue. I heard there might be issues with Firefox. Probably a better option to just try another browser than rely on tech support ;)
