The Living Force
I saw this over the weekend as a concession for having a gluten-free Thanksgiving. I like Jake Gyllenhaal, and I was interested in seeing Anne Hathaway play something besides a princess. Not knowing much about it in advance, I ended up seeing a lot more of both of them than I had anticipated. Although parts of it were cute/funny, I was feeling throughout most of the movie that it was pretty much a waste of time; the last half-hour or so, however, completely redeemed it -- everything that had been bad about the movie suddenly led up to something good. As a bonus, it gave what was probably a fairly realistic insider's look into the relationship between medicine and Big Pharma.
