Had a dream last night were I became lucid while standing on a beach (might have been somewhere near Vancouver) with golden sand, blue sky and mountains in the distance, bright sunlight. I asked to speak to my intuition (3 times the charm) and was picked up by an invisible force upside down by one leg (not had that happen before!) and dropped down on a long but narrow pedestrian bridge where I met My Intuition. He looked identical to a chap I work with (who I don't get on with so well) down to a woolly burgundy jumper, except that he had curly blond hair instead of ginger. We walked along the bridge, past my primary school (Scotland) and into a corridor on the 1st floor of a hotel somewhere in Eastern Europe - next to a welsh dresser holding plates and cutlery, red carpet underfoot on dark wood floor leading to a narrow staircase going down.
I asked him (while he was leaning against the welsh dresser) what I should be looking at, or where I should go and he made the point that the Buddha didn't have to go anywhere or do anything particular in order to gain enlightenment. I had the impression that the advice was just to look at what's immediately in front of me, so it really didn't matter where I went or what I did. Lessons come, either way.
I asked if there was anything specific I could look at that would be interesting, and he said "Look at B.D."
"B.D.?", said I.
"Yes", said he, "like a bad haircut"
Which I took to mean "B.C." as in "Bowl Cut".
So now I'm not sure if I should be looking for BD or BC. Both have some interesting entries.
