Who is "WE" ??? Does not sound like he is referring to the free market does it?
What does it mean to "KEEP" commodity prices at any level other than what a free market sets...
I personally like the term "artful" - it has a "creative" connotation to it!!!
The globe and mail article title "Second wave of economic crisis coming" is also caught my eye and uses the same "wave" metaphore as used on most recent article from GEAB article posted by ellipse... Not to mention an innocent perhaps unrelated plug for Laura's WAVE series of books :P
