Mango rash

Has anyone had mango rash? I have it on my face, arms and legs. Mostly it is hot and itchy, very uncomfortable and where my clothes sit it has become a blistering weepy mess (I am now wearing as little as possible to ease this part).
I think I got it from washing the mangoes after picking them at a friends farm.
So far I am trying colloidal silver ingesting and topically, ferr phos, POTS, EFT and now have resorted to phenergan. I have also ordered DMSO.
Any suggestions from experience are appreciated. I am on day 4 of this very uncomfortable experience. :(

Benadryl or some similar antihistamine might help. It's an allergy. I have it to an extreme degree. It's called "Mango poisoning." But the best treatment I've ever tried is a prescription from the doctor for cortisone.

Mango peel and sap contains urushiol, the chemical in poison ivy and poison sumac that can cause urushiol-induced contact dermatitis in susceptible people.[19] Cross-reactions between mango contact allergens and urushiol have been observed.[20] Those with a history of poison ivy or poison oak contact dermatitis may be most at risk for such an allergic reaction.[21] Urushiol is also present in mango leaves and stems. During mango's primary ripening season, it is the most common source of plant dermatitis in Hawaii.[22]

The poison is in the peel, the sap of the tree in the bark and leaves. I can eat mangoes if someone else peels them, but I can't touch them or get near the tree.

I have had the same reaction. I can eat the pulp, but can't peel, pick or touch them. I learned this in my youth after picking mangoes with some friends. Ironically, I am not too keen on mangoes having believed for so long that I was allergic to them. Even though I know it's not the fruit, and they do taste good, I keep waiting for the rash!!
