Many of the dreams I had a few years ago are playing out this year?

So usually I write it off as strong deja vu, but recently vivid dreams that I remember having a few years ago are happening now. Is anyone getting this as well. It has been so extreme that I started keeping a dream journal. And record something every morning.

That's good that you're keeping a journal about your dreams. I remembered back in high school, I've always kept a dream journal and when a "déjà vu" occurred, I'd looked back on my journal and found when I had that dream (only happened a few times then). It was interesting.

I haven't experienced my recent dreams in waking reality, but recently I have had repeat dreams that I last had years ago. On waking I can remember having the same dream situation and setting several times before, but widely spaced out in waking reality time. It's an odd feeling, almost like visiting a location that you have been before but have since forgotten about.
