Both articles are indeed sobering.

Though of course I agree with Dannybananny that they are "abusing it already," each time the PTB publicly announce and detail their plan to impose a cradle to grave police state completely unaccountable to the people, I shiver because it means that they are so confident in their position that they can tell us to our faces, rather than subtly maneuver behind our backs.

The larger control system has been in place for a very long time, but I do think there is a qualitative difference between, say America in the 1960s and Germany in the 1930s -- or America now, for that matter.

I believe there was something on Sott about Indiana being a state where police could enter a home for any reason without the consent of the homeowner. If that's not fascism...

The state patrol here announced a similar vehicle about a year ago. They said it was for "tactical" situations. Of course no doubt they also have plenty of M16s ready if "needed."

Don't expect the local law enforcement authority's to be of help. This is why NATO was built to handle issues under these condition's of enforcing totalitarian rule, where they know the local law enforcement will have a certain amount of empathy for there fellow country men, and may not follow the orders of the lunatic fringe authority. There efforts in trying establish martial law, will be seen with a heavy use of force, through intimidation and violence. The laws have been written and are in the books, when the time arises for the implementation of a NWO, and the confiscation of everything, for the supposed, better of all.
