Mass meditations for peace starting on July 8, 2025

I was just now in the midst of writing about 'meditation en masse' on the June 28, 2025 transcript discussion but then saw this thread started here!

Adapted from my unpublished comments on June 28, 2025 discussion, the following:

I have undertaken to do an attunement, regularly. I first contemplated the transcript section leading to the 'meditate en masse' comment from the C's. Then I focus on the Crystals and sing the Crystals song . Then I continued for about 10 minutes just focusing on the network connection through the crystals, not wishing, not sending, just attuning.

I suspect if anybody else wanted to meditate together they would have a meditation approach that seems right to them.(Or as now, there is discussion on what to do in response to 'meditation en masse'.

Glad we now share our bservations and suggestions here on this discussion thread! I'll just copy what I wrote before, just reporting what I did experimented with. Noctu had the right idea with this topic and has a better grasp of setting out to organize something!

Anyway, I was inspired to just begin by this quote from EmeraldR from a story from a Buddhist monk, on an earlier page here:
One day a terrible fire broke out in a forest - a huge woodlands was suddenly engulfed by a raging
wild fire. Frightened, all the animals fled their homes and ran out of the forest. As they came to the
edge of a stream they stopped to watch the fire and they were feeling very discouraged and
powerless. They were all bemoaning the destruction of their homes. Every one of them thought
there was nothing they could do about the fire, except for one little hummingbird.
.....
And as the animals stood around disparaging the little bird’s efforts, the bird noticed how hopeless
and forlorn they looked. Then one of the animals shouted out and challenged the hummingbird in a
mocking voice, "What do you think you are doing?" And the hummingbird, without wasting time or
losing a beat, looked back and said, "I am doing what I can
."

Further, ELT on page nine of the June 28, 2025 thread quoted a list of things to help in fending off hyperdimensional interferences. So though not directly related to 'meditation en masse' still supportive of song and crystals in general (complete passage copied below):
  • Sing together: it has to be done with the right songs, getting an order of songs to sing in a certain order of a certain type. If everybody sings the same songs around the world, this would be like a limbic link up.
  • To do Eiriu Eolas together and crystals, etc.
Two of the activities put forward in this great passage.
List of things to do in order to protect oneself against hyperdimensional manipulations and harm:

  • Avoid dissociating and feeding negative thought loops: dissociating is being in a fantasy and not paying attention to reality. If you dissociate, you have negative thoughts that lead to negative thought loops.
  • Diet: having a bad diet contributes to ingesting the chemicals that the STS forces wants us to ingest in order to poison us and mess up our antennae.
    • Is good to do intermittent fasting.
  • Share impressions and troubles: thoughts, worries, fears, etc. Not doing this “dramatically changes the inner landscape and can even shut down the receptors so that you are more subject to STS manipulation of thoughts and feelings via mechanical means.”
  • Make amends when possible to the wronged person, and when not possible making those amends to the world at large: in case that trying to make amends would make things worse we can achieve redemption by giving to the universe and others in need.
  • Conserve energy and not feeding STS dynamics: STS uses many tricks and traps to suck people into negative dynamics so that they become food. When you become food, you're feeding the STS side and empowering it against not only your own best interests, but also against the best interests of STO itself. We have to be careful not to fall into the pity trap, they’ll try to make us feel guilty or sorry for them, and that makes us food. At the same time you're feeding your own ego because you feel like a savior or needed or like you'll get something. It's that dynamic of the feminine vampire.
    • We need to have the right feelings towards the right person in the right context.
  • Connect with ancestors and honored saintly type people in 5D for protection: we should find out if we have any ancestors or deceased relatives or somebody who were good and decent people who one can talk to mentally or communicate with by writing letters to them, or dream communication, and ask them for protection. And if you can't find your ancestors, you have to find someone else's ancestors. You can hook up with somebody who has good ancestors, and their ancestors become your ancestors by you having shared realities.
  • It would be good for certain people to guide the newly deceased: If there is somebody in your circle of acquaintances or group or whatever who is in the process of passing over or recently did pass over, you could in some way help guide them in the reality to which they may not be accustomed (obviously), but mainly because of their thought patterns during life.
  • Use “the mirror” in a group situation as a way to bring people to full awareness of their reality: this should be handled carefully as many are not ready for that advanced work.
  • Pray.
  • Sing together: it has to be done with the right songs, getting an order of songs to sing in a certain order of a certain type. If everybody sings the same songs around the world, this would be like a limbic link up.
  • Divination.
  • Apostles Paul’s list of things to avoid and things to enhance:
    • Vices to avoid: fornication, licentiousness, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger, selfishness, dissension, envy, drunkenness. Self-conceit, provoking one another, and envy.
    • Virtues to enhance: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
    • It’s important to have in mind that “Whatsoever a man sows, that will he also reap”, and “let us not grow weary or lose heart." Most important to remember the "sowing" part in the context of your antennae and how your antennae determines your future. If you're not taking care of your inner landscape and the immediate world around you in terms of your group and your associations and so forth, you're screwing up your antenna and then you're going to have a bad future because your antenna will attract the wrong things.
  • To do Eiriu Eolas together and crystals, etc.
 
Thank you for that input. I followed your time schedule today with this video you mentioned. It was VERY relaxing and calming and wonderful but I fell deeply asleep after probably 30 minutes. As far it is possible for me I will keep to that time and do it again . . . Thank you!

FWIW nothing bad on falling asleep during the meditation, our subconscious mind still is processing the information in the background, also, it can help us to work on things or visualize things in the dream state too.

Also note, adding, I didn't state the time of day, I chose 9 p.m. in the evening Eastern Standard Time. My thought was that across Canada if anyone wanted to do the same, it would just be a 3.5 hour time difference and depending on your location, it would be between 6 and 9:30 p.m. roughly. Featuring in the Newfoundland half hour time difference. Could include central and south America and then the other side of the globe would be figured out separately.

Thank you for writing here.

It feels good to bundle the thoughts on the "meditation en masse" here so it has a separate and easy-to-acces and easy-to-find place. "For easy reference" is the saying, I guess. That provides clarity for me.

I'm still wondering if any elders would like to contribute and offer their clariry on the meaning of "meditation en masse". It would seem to me that the truth-seeking C's would use definitions of words that most if not all people agree on so we have the best chances of clarity, understanding, clear communication, etc.

It doesn't make sense to me to have our own subjective understandings of words when they have definitions. That's like creating a kind of Tower of Bable (language confusion).

So, what is the consensus on the meaning of "meditation en masse". I'm pretty sure I got it right, but I could be wrong and I'm open and willing to learn!

Mayne there have been instances in the past where the C's have used certain words as hints that don't carry the mainstream consensus dictionary defnition, but in this case it seems like "meditation en masse" is a practical response to a sincere question, so it would seem to me that they're pretty much saying meditate all together at the same time in large numbers. And then, I'm not even talking about doing it in the same physical location. It would be amazing to do it in a retreat setting in nature where we can focus on meditating and networking and raising our FRV by being together (I guess that's what's happening at the Château as well).

I mean, add in nervous system regulation exercises such as deep breathing, primal play, belly 2 belly, shaking, etc. so we can mediate from an even more regulated state and we would be a high frequency hub (that's what the EE is for as well I gather but there are significant differences when done in a real-life group and container).

Good that you say that, I wondered if there is something wrong with me, because I often, nearly everytime, fall aslep when "trying" to meditate.

Feeling state now after having meditated: calm, clear-headed, energised, focused, peaceful, resourced

Physical sensations now after having meditated: warm glow around my head, soft eyes, spacious warm feeling in chest, it's like I'm hearing more frequencies

Thoughts during the meditation:

"I sold 956 little bags of weed" (in my mother to tongue). Peculiar, no idea where that came from.

Observations during the meditation:

Sometimes, I was zoning out for micro moments, drifting into thoughts and images as if I was falling asleep just for a second.

I know I didn't fall asleep because I was doing the box breathing througout the meditation as I didn't hear a prompt to stop the box breathing. That sometimes interfered with hearing clearly what was said by Laura as I was also counting in my head from 1 through 4 each time.

Questions

Is the box breathing supposed to be done throughout? Or only one set of in through the nose - hold - out through the mouth - hold?

Is the stone the same stone (chrystal) as we requested? I requested mine some time ago and my request is still being processed, I guess.

Would it be helpful to hold the actual chrystals during the meditation?

I only did box breathing a couple of times during the meditation, because as you said it takes concentration and then we moved on to another part of the meditation, so I stopped doing it. I did do box breathing a couple of times during the day to see what effect it has on me.

The way I understood it: it is a stone that we visualise, feel its warmth and see its colours, all in our mind.
Would it be helpful to hold the actual chrystals during the meditation?
You could try it and see what happens? Some people pray and sing to their crystals, so why not if it helps?
 
My day begins with meditation on protection, well-being, and prosperity between 5 and 7 a.m., and ends with meditation on harmony, peace, and hope between 10 and 11 p.m., while temporarily skipping the past-life regression video. I find these meditation videos a valuable tool, and I felt immense joy when I discovered numerous torches around a large stone. It was a moment when I realized I am not alone and that many others are pursuing the same goal. The emotions overwhelmed me, and I can hardly put the feeling into words—it was powerful and perfect.

I still have a lot to learn, both in terms of language and concentration. I once fell asleep during the evening meditation, which seems to be acceptable, but I want to stay alert until the end. Currently, I open my eyes often to follow what Laura is saying, and my goal is to understand every step. Therefore, I'm considering inserting short German translations during Laura's breaks to ensure I get everything right and stay on track. Although I'm not thrilled with my voice, I don't have a better idea at the moment.

I'd also like to point out that it would be helpful if you could like the videos and leave short comments, as this influences YouTube's algorithm and thus shows the videos to a wider audience.

Noctu, thank you for starting this thread. I meditate every day, not formally and no format. It was once said to recite Psalm 91 ten times daily. It can be done while walking the dog or mowing the lawn. Today, though (July 8) I stopped what I was doing and sat and recited Psalm 91 a.k.a. the Psalm of Protection. I am partial to the Lamsa Bible version (The Eastern Peshitta) LAMSA Bible because much of the phrasing is meaningful to me.

Thanks also to all who commented, pro and con and for added helpful advice. This is what networking is all about (to me anyway).

When I meditate, or pray if you will, I do not pray for anyone or anything or any outcomes. In the study of Metapsychiatry (Dr. Thomas Hora), life is a constant prayer. Praying to see the abundant spiritual values surrounding us. It is praying for awakening. Praying to omniactive love-intelligence or Divine Cosmic Mind or just simply God, whatever that may be to one. It may also serve as a defense against STO influences. To some, this may seem naïve; don’t see the bad, just see the good! But to me it is an exercise in becoming more aware; seeing objective reality, left right front back up down.

As it is said, “…clear my eyes….clear my ears….cleanse my heart that I may know and love the holiness of true existence.”

Do not see with your eyes are hear with your ears (paraphrased). 2 Corinthians 4:18[ 1 Corinthians 2:9; John 9:39 among others.

Since we get to relax a lot during the process, that would be understandable and again nothing bad with it, but if it happens almost all the time maybe changing the time when doing so could help? it takes a little bit of discipline as well to focus while being very relaxed, because meditation (as I understand it), is a way of navigating through our thoughts and connect consciously to that part of our mind with information that we usually wouldn’t be able to access easily. Physically speaking it regulates our body temperature, heart beats, stress levels etc. While at the same time, help us mentally to navigate and understand emotions, thoughts and process information.
While asleep we are able to still listening to and process information, but we lose the conscious part of guiding and visualize things we would usually like to work on, if that makes sense.

Funny thing, it happens to me when reading at night, I get so relaxed that I fall asleep, even if the subject is very interesting, so it takes a bit longer than usual for me to finish a book. Doesn’t happen all the time, but a lot of times, yes.
You can imagine that I got hit on my face by a book that I was holding more than one time :rolleyes: So, when I want to finish a book quicker or research on something that needs my full attention, I have to read at morning or afternoon time.

I know that, when I read a book right in the evening, it is more like I dream the things I read and when I recognize, that I fell asleep while reading, I read the Page again, only to see, that I dreamed it correctly 🫣 .
Unfortunately I do not get so much time for meditating, mostly it is directly before I sleep, when I am allready in my bed :/.

Feeling state after

Calm, peaceful

Observations

I saw visuals that I wasn't visualising myself and it scared me as soon as I realised I was 'dreaming' I was in someone else's house.

I stopped box breathing after 4 or 5 sets.
I feel like I dozed off more as a result and I feel less rested afterwards.

I'll try more focus and willpower to stay fully awake next time.
 
Could I ask @Laura and/or anyone else who might know if one or more meditation en masse moments are being organised behind the scenes or even in the private section?

If yes, then I would feel comforted and assured.

If not, would it be a good idea to do so? Maybe I am not seeing certain things. Please hint at any thing I might not see at the moment if so.

If you agree it would be a good idea and it's not being organised or you need more help, I'm willing to offer my assistance in any way that fits and feels right.

The Meditation for Harmony, Peace, and Hope by Laura (duration: 48 minutes and 2 seconds) came out on YouTube on Saturday, 5 July, 2025 (which happens to be my birthday). I remember doing the meditation for the first time then. The timing of it coming out (so shortly after conducting the most recent session with the C's - that was on Saturday, 28 june, 2025) and the personal synchronicities I experienced with it in my life (not to mention the contents of the meditation) give me the impression that this would be a perfect guided meditation for a meditation en masse. It even seems like it was made for this purpose or with this in (the back of the) mind.

Just to get an idea: who would be up for such a meditation en masse (leaving out the practical details of timing and so on for now)? If you're up for it, you can indicate this by liking this message.

I hope it doesn't seem as if I'm pushing this too much. I just have a longing to do something actively together (of course in the right way and conditions). I'm open to feedback on this.
