Dunno, if its their soil (??) - is it their seeds (??) or manufacturing process(??), but the effect is like having driven this 45 year old Trabant so far - before beginning this oil pulling protocol 61 days ago with the oil linked above:

The effects of this oil are already felt on the first couple days!!
And now it feels I'm driving this one (body energy-wise ):

Oil pulling is swishing 2 tablespoons in mouth for a MINIMUM(!!) of 20 minutes. Gets easier after 3-5 minutes, because increasingly added saliva. After done, you mark a small spot in the garden by spitting it out. (Otherwise it clogs any pipe inside the house.)
'Past life' sunflower-seed addicts (from our pre-paleo years) have the advantage, so you can adore the slight familiar oil smell, just as your mouth got watery when you opened the sunflower seed pack to gobble it down.)
No drawbacks noticed: Non-addictive. No coming down. Not craved.
Greatly reduces inflammation.
TASTE:

Lately as if my moving teeth were a little bit more firm, I forget they are [moving] there. I expect more improvements after 6 months = I count from first application, so 4 more months to go to see if there is a noticeable improvement on moving teeth.

Maybe important for synergy(?):

- I do once a week 60-90 minutes jogging/sprinting exercise. For a nice, 'metabolism accelerating'-session, washing the body with oxygen thoroughly and sweating like a pig.)
