Had you ever found a message saying "Group not found. There is no group called _____ (fill in the blank with a yahoo group). Please make sure you typed the web address correctly. If you have done so, the group may no longer exist."?
Well, this happened like 5 days ago with the group MedicalConspiracies at _http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MedicalConspiracies/. In other yahoo groups its being discussed that moderators and people complained, but still no sign of the group being reestablished. Apparently they received a message saying that the group might have violated the terms of service (terms of service: http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/utos/utos-173.html), or that the owner might have deleted the group and other possibilities.
Anyhow, hopefully the group will be back, but I'm posting this just in case... Word has it that the group is gone courtesy of "homeland security" and IMO, they didn't discussed anything particularly "shocking" so as to be shut down.
Maybe is just crazy yahoo service, we'll have to wait to see if something happens while people keep complaining. In the mean time, it seems to me that nobody can access the group since at least 4 to 7 days. I received my last daily digest on the 11th.
