A Disturbance in the Force
Meditation is a good technique to improve the mental health and mental peace.
Meditation is not a strategy but a way of life.
Meditation indicates a cessation of the believed process.
It explains a condition of awareness, when the brain is totally without any scattered thoughts and various patterns.
 
I think if meditation is done correctly it can have a lot of good benefits, but there are lots of different kinds of meditation with lots of different kinds of objectives. Also, I think there is also the potential for meditation to even be harmful if done incorrectly. I guess it depends on what you call meditation and why you are doing it. You also need to be aware of what you are doing and why, OSIT.
