It does look like the spiral form from Norway, isn't it?

Mysterious glowing object baffles skywatchers in Russia
...
The mysterious spiraling glow was produced by the launch of the intercontinental ballistic missile RS-12M Topol from Kapustin Yar to test an advanced version of warheads. The warhead hit the designated target at the Sary-Shagan testing range in Kazakhstan.

Tehran, Sep 27, IRNA – Deputy Commander of Khatam Al-Anbia Air defense base General Alireza Elhami said on Wednesday that the light which had been seen in different Iranian border districts and some cities belonged to a Russian ballistic missile test fire.

Around 17:00 PM on Tuesday, the reports indicated that people in various border regions observed light of missile in the Iranian sky, he said.

The investigations indicate that the missile belonged to Russian ballistic missile test fire within reach of 1,000 kilometers which had been launched from north of Caspian Sea to a region in Kazakhstan, he said.

The missile did not enter Iran's territory, but its light could be observed in various cities such as Birjand, Tabas, Yazd, Arak, Shiraz and Tehran.

During Russian missile test fire some 119 airplanes were flying over Iran's sky, he said.

Iran's air defense system is vigilant and closely monitors all movements, he said.

Russia is developing radio-electronic weapons, which use a powerful UHF impulse capable of destroying all electronic equipment miles away, a senior advisor to the deputy head of Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (KRET) told Sputnik.

Russia's New Electromagnetic Missile to Turn Enemy Weapons Into 'Scrap Metal'

Earlier, media reports said that Russia’s defense industry had come up with the Alabuga, a new electro-magnetic missile, which uses a powerful UHF emitter to disable all enemy electronics within a radius of 3.5 kilometers (2.3 miles), turning it into “a heap of scrap metal.”

In an interview with Sputnik, Vladimir Mikheev, a senior adviser to KRET’s chief, said that the Alabuga stands for a whole series of scientific research in the development of the radio-electronic weapons of the future.

“The effect of such weapons may vary from ordinary interference that temporarily knocks out the enemy’s weapons systems, all the way to a complete radio-electronic destruction of electronic elements, motherboards, microchips and systems,” Mikheev explained.

He added that all the research results were classified and the subject of UHF weapons was assigned a top secret classification.

"All I can say is that the obtained know-how is now being used in the development of electromagnetic artillery shells, bombs and missiles, which carry a magnetic explosion generator,” Vladimir Mikheev said.

“All leading world powers, including the US and China, are also working on this,” he added.

The pulsed radiation generated by the UHF emitter developed as part of the Alabuga project is similar to that of a nuclear explosion, but without the radioactive component.

The Russian Defense Ministry will receive new Redan-125 electromagnetic security systems, which are able to prevent any kind of intruders from sneaking into military infrastructure facilities, Izvestia newspaper reported Monday, citing a research institution.

Russian MoD to Use New Electromagnetic System in Securing Facilities

The Redan-125 consists of modules, which look like a lantern. They would be put on the territory of the facility or hang on the wall, creating an electromagnetic barrier capable of detecting intruders even underground.

The signal is transmitted to a tablet that shows the contours of a person and the direction of his or her movement.

"Currently, all works on the development of the product have been completed, it passed through all tests and proved its characteristics," the press service of the Research and Design Institute of Radio-Electronic Engineering (NIKIRET) told the Izvestia newspaper.

The new system is more useful than CCTV and lasers, which have blind spots or depend on weather conditions, the newspaper added.
