Interesting article about UFO cover up, or another false information?

Found it today althought it is from July 2013.

It is about new book released "UFOs, Area 51, and Government Informants"
Days after Moore released the book he was contacted by US intelligence which started to tell him the story of MJ-12, the super-secret group that had been established by President Harry Truman to deal with the extraterrestrial presence on earth. Moore was fed information by both USAF master sergeant Richard Doty and a second person attached to the CIA that Bill Moore gave the code name Falcon. Later 10 more intelligence sources would come forward to provide information to Moore. It is believed that some of these may actually have been ex-CIA directors.

I read Cameron and Crain's book (Richard Dolan published it early this year). It's pretty solid. They don't quote anonymous sources. Of course, it's hard to determine what information is planted, but they're pretty good at acknowledging that in the book. Even then, it looks like something like MJ-12 really existed...

Jacques Vallee in his later books ("Revelations" mainly) basically concludes that the whole business of high-level gov't informants risking their positions or lives by sharing information with UFO researchers is nothing but a distraction campaign, designed to control the UFO debate. Materials alone, no matter how "top-secret" or "classified", are never proof of anything factual. This is easily forgotten by the ever proof-hungry UFO investigators. Top-secret projects are, by definition, perfectly secured against information leaks, both intented and unintented. It can be safely assumed that leaks simply don't occur in these projects, and if they do, they are effectively managed before anyone notices. If there are any authentic materials in circulation nowadays, it's perhaps some of the very early stuff, from when the military didn't yet know in what way to deal with the UFO thing.

BTW, i think Vallee's "Dimensions" series should definitely be included in Recommended Books list. It's somewhat a summary of his life's work.
