It's a pretty easy and succinct way of summing up our situation, at least as regarding 3D. The law about cats enacting a law that all mouse holes should be big enough to allow the cats paws in can be interpreted in so many ways, such as taxes, mandatory military service, etc. The mice electing black cats, white ones, & even half black & white cats sums up the left right bs in politics rather nicely. Without knowledge of psychopathology i can see how humanity has repeated the same acts in different settings throughout the ages. It is also probably the reason that knowledge of the intra-species predator has been suppressed, since no predator would allow any benefit to accrue in what it views as it's prey.
