Mr StaPuff as UFO/plasma phenomenon?

At 9th August near Los Angeles, Monterey Park during a UFO summit the supposedly phenomenon was recorded:

It is said that three different people recorded it: Yasmin Joyner, Jay Lee and Jonathan Castro. Yasmin Joyner happened to be another witness of a phenomenon during again a UFO summit in January this year, which makes it more suspicious imo. And was uploaded by the same Jay Lee:

This Jonathan Castro also had the luck to record several UFO and some seem more like fake or other things:

Maybe just coincidences of some plasma phenomenons or fakes I personally don't know. But that one of these persons recorded several phenomenons makes me suspicious.

Yes, I think it could really be the case, at least it was also my first impression when I watched the first video first time.

Indeed. Mr StayPuft (Mr StaPuff)is a reference to the movie Ghostbusters. That first video looks a bit like that Mr StayPuft...
