Mukti Vata for hypertension

So I started taking an Ayurvedic herb called Mukti Vata along with my dose of prescription meds for hypertension. My BP was around 180/110 before. This morning it was 135/70. I can't believe how well this stuff has worked.

Might be worth a try for other hypertension sufferers. Took about 5 days to really show a difference.

What is your diet like?

If you clean up your diet (ketogenic diet, getting rid of the major four intolerant foods - gluten, dairy, corn, soy) it is most likely your hypertension will completely disappear - apart from all the other benefits like improved mental clarity and boosted immune system.

That has been my personal experience anyway!
