There are pieces of music which wake a deep feeling(emotion) in me. Love, longing, native country.
e.g., Amazing grace - played with Scottish bagpipes; Elenie of Tol and Tol
Can these melodies raise(put up) frequency in me? I react so only to quite special songs.

Thanks

Sure, music can have a powerful effect on us. However, I don't think it's that much about "raising our frequency". Quite recent studies done e.g. by Stephen Porges have shown how music, especially human voice (singing) stimulates the so called vagus nerve. The vagus nerve regulates many functions I our body, including the nervous system. Vagal stimulation can thus also induce emotional releases and increase your emotional intelligence. I'm sure there's other things that make certain type of music powerful (like certain memories associated with it), but this effect on the vagus nerve is at least backed up by pretty robust science.

Its a facinating process, for more information do a search on 'vagus nerve' here on the forum. Btw, have you tried the Eíriú Eolas berthing meditation? It stimulates the vagus nerve in a profound way.

Thanks for the tip. Very interesting. Now I know, why I did not want to carry out the breath therapy in my practise. This form of the breathing with music corresponds to my thinking. My patients breathe almost everybody with the chest. Letting go with the abdominal breathing makes a bad figure.
Our therapies are based in removing of damages - very ineffectively. The consciousness for the easiest(simplest) things to the preservation of the health does not exist any more.
I am stretched very much on the results.
