The video is a short clip from "1958, when Muslims [in Egypt] laughed at the idea of imposing the hijab to women [which was a request made by the Muslim Brotherhood]". The video shows (second President of Egypt) Gamal Abdel Nasser's answer to that request, as well as reactions from the public.
