My near death experience and guidance on moving on

Hello people!

I am writing this post because I would like to share with everyone my experience and receive guidance on what to do next.

The previous night on 16th October around 2am (1:40-2am) I was lying on my bad in front of my laptop when suddenly I was hit by some sort of invisible wave. My hair on the back of my head stood up. I lifted my body from the bed and stood my on my own two legs when suddenly my heart started beating very very fast. I woke up my mum who was sleeping in the next room and told her to touch my heart that was beating very very fast to ask whether it was normal and what should I do. My mother was very shocked and woke up straight away, she also started thinking what I should do.

At this point, my heart was beating very very fast, I was afraid and I thought I was going to die so I started praying really hard to Cassiopaea and Laura asking for their help and protection wishing that it wasn't my last night. I went outside to breath for fresh air (nose in, mouth out) wishing for my heart to calm down and continuing to pray to Laura, Cassiopaea and then the universe so I could make it through the night.

It took me about an hour to calm down (very long hour of my life) and I was thinking about what to do next. My mother did offer me to call an ambulance and go to hospital to find out if something is wrong. But I hoped everything will be alright and went to sleep. In the morning around 7am I woke up, but I still felt uncomfortable in the area around my heart so I finally decided to ask my mum to call her friends and drive me to the hospital because I thought that me a boy at 19 years old having heart problem is a very serious issue and it will not hurt me to do some check ups. I arrived to the hospital where they took blood samples from me for blood test, took X-ray scans of my chest area to find out what's wrong and told me to wait until the results to come in and for Cardiologist to arrive who will tell me what to do.

After waiting for 2 hours, a doctor came to me saying they didn't find anything wrong with my blood and that my X-ray images were clean so there is supposed to be nothing wrong with me. Later I was invited to the Cardiologists who listed to my heart and asked me questions whether I had any previous heart conditions, allergies, drink a lot of coffee, etc. To which my answer was NO for everything. I don't drink coffee at all. Only tea, juices, soft drinks and water. The only allergy I had when I was a baby is that I couldn't drink milk at all so my parents were giving me soya milk until finally they made my body adaptable to drinking milk from supermarkets so I lost that allergy. In my family tree, my mum and grandmother did have problems related to cardiac arrhythmia.

At the end the doctors couldn't find what was wrong with me stating according to their analysis of my samples I was healthy and plus I'm very young so they let me go home and told me that if I'm going to have any wrong with my heart again I must immediately call an ambulance and arrive at the hospital for further diagnosis. They also recommended me to go to Cardiologists again for general inspection. Then I went out of hospital and started thanking Cassiopaea and Laura for helping me to make in through the night.

My mum is thinking I had Tachycardia because I had the following symptoms:

1. My heart started beating very fast in the first few seconds.
2. My muscles were randomly moving and twitching on their own.
3. The area around my heart became extremely hot.
4. I was scared, afraid and thought I was going to die.

Still I'm writings this post to share my horrible experience with you that I had yesterday. I wanted to ask everyone if you could please pray for me and give advice on how to move forward. What steps should I take? Should I start more exercising? All the help, prayers and recommendations will be really helpful!

Hello, Ancient of Lore,
hope you feel better today. Although I'm sure that this must have been a harrowing experience for you you can be rest assured that you did not have a near death experience since at no point in time your heart stopped beating. What you describe sounds more like a panic attack or a psychic attack.
So praying, breathing and balancing as you did sound like the best option.
You could try to remember what exactly you were thinking about before it happened.
Take care.

Hello Ancient of Lore, I think like Tauriel that it was a panic attack (I am not a doctor). My daughter went through an episode like yours. It happened in a evening when she was watching television, when there was nothing scarry on the screen. Let's not forget that all the screens have stroboscopic lights that have negative effects on our nervous system.

Probably, you don't have any problem with the body, just had some unconventional experience we don't yet know what it is and what forces involved in it. There are so many things in this world/human experience, we can't explain so easily. But, we can look for answers. If I remember correctly, there must be some posts from forum members on this type of experience ( floating , rapid hearbeating).

Juices, soft drinks and soya milk is not good for health as per the experiences of most of the forum members. you may want search forum and remove them from the diet slowly.

Regarding raid heartbeat, this reminds me of some experience. 15 years back, I was playing around lucid dreaming, astral projection type of stuff. It was a simple step by step process. But, one night I found myself above the earth in sleep and what I am seeing is extraordinarily clearer than naked eye can see. Intellectually I wondering about the beauty I was seeing earth and the cosmo's, but my heart was pounding hard and fast, I snapped back to the body involuntarily. Heck, I have no clue what happened to this day. So many unknown things in those days, this is one more. This and some other things happened in those days, I ended up dropping the idea of those once for all.

What you described happened to me before, sudden very fast and strong heartbeats with "hot heart area" etc., and what I can suggest is that it's important not to panic or add more stress to it with negative fearful thoughts. I know it might be hard not to fear, but fear can only add stress and bring those symptoms back. If it happens again, try to stay calm, pray and it should pass. Be careful with your diet, and you can use EE breathing technique daily.

Take care Ancient of Lore. :hug2:

Hello Ancient of Lore,
While this is not a "near death experience" where a person dies and his/her consciousness experiences visions of a travel to a source of light and encountering past relatives etc., it's a very serious event.
You made a good decision waking up your mother and consciously taking deep breaths to calm down.
There may be several factors to the event but one possibility would be some micronutrient imbalance, like vitamins (for instance B1 or some others) or minerals, that coupled with an emotional state, lead to a shock to the system.
While you investigate the cause, maybe via a doctor who does blood analysis, try to keep calm and relaxed.

A side note: I used to have episodes of fast heart beats when I consumed fruit (mostly orange) juice, so maybe there's a connection there.

Everyone thank you very much! I will stay positive and try do all the things you recommended.

Yes, the attack happened while I was reading fiction on my laptop in the dark room.

Well you also maybe right about that. For the past 2 weeks I started drinking a lot of juice (apple juice, orange juice, pineapple, multifruit, etc) so I have 2 glasses per day. I think I should probably drop that.

Again thank you everyone for your responses and I wish everyone good luck!

You could have been having a blood sugar issue, too. Probably best to cut back on sugars of all kinds and especially those in fruits and soft drinks.

It wasn't a "near death experience" in the usual sense, but it was probably pretty scary. You don't want to have another.

Additionally, considering all the kinds of "beaming" going on both from terrestrial and ultra-terrestrial sources - or so we suspect - you don't want to be susceptible. So best to optimize your health starting with diet. In these times, we all have to take care.

Possible adrenal fatigue;

Symptoms

Common symptoms of adrenal fatigue are thought to include:

  • fatigue, particularly upon waking, with intermittent “crashes” throughout the day
  • poor stress response and mood regulation
  • cognitive issues or “brain fog”
  • cravings for salty and sweet foods
  • overuse of caffeine and other stimulants
  • a compromised immune system
  • increased energy levels in the evenings
Tired adrenals will erratically dump adrenaline into the bloodstream, usually while resting or in a deep sleep.

Symptoms of adrenaline rush:

rapid heart rate.
  • sweating.
  • heightened senses.
  • rapid breathing.
  • decreased ability to feel pain.
  • increased strength and performance.
  • dilated pupils.
  • feeling jittery or nervous.

I'm glad you're feeling better Ancient of Lore. Good on you for remembering that deep, slow breaths can slow a heart rate even though you were very frightened. That shows some presence of mind. Definitely drop the sodas, juice and soy as has been recommended. They are evil!

Maybe look into a high fat/low carb diet as an alternative. Many forum members have had their health stabilize nicely by following some form or another of this diet. It may take a little time to find the best version for you, whether going full on carnivore, or some type of paleo diet. The Diet and Health forum is a great resource.

At the very least, research going gluten and dairy-free along with the sugar. Even that small (well, not so small :halo: ) adjustment will help a lot.

I had an experience similar to you a few years ago. While it was happening, I looked up, on the computer, anything about my symptoms I could find. I found one site that said that some people have an imbalance of minerals. To make sure that you have enough copper, potassium and magnesium. I was taking fairly large doses of Zinc and realized that it could be depleting my copper so I took a copper supplement (I happened to have some in case I needed it because of the amount of Zinc I was taking, but apparently it wasn't enough) and within a few minutes my heart rate returned to normal. It happened one more time and I took a copper supplement and everything went back to normal again. So I finally got the proportions correct and haven't had anymore problems.

This may not be your problem, but I just wanted to emphasize how important nutrition is for our health.

As others have said, you did well in letting your mother know and doing some deep breathing to get thing a bit more normal. I hope you find whatever caused your problem and are able to make corrections. We all need to be extra vigilant in these precarious times.
