NARM session

Last Thursday I had another NARM therapy .
I really want to clean up my mental baggage, and improve my wellbeing
This second session was a bit different,because the therapist with my promition worked on my body ( we started with feet, then knees ,kidney and head).I was told that during stressful situations, our kidney works much harder and uses lots of energy, therefore over the time becomes weak.
The therapist advised me to start using a heat pack and drink a ginger tea from now to help to restore warmth in kidney.

Another thing to do on daily bases is to talk to my body, heart and mind and let them to negotiate the best outcome.
