Yes, that is correct. They earn money by putting kids into care or under supervision of SS. This is what I have heard from several solicitors.
Holland BTW is the champion. We have the highest number of kids that have been taken away from their parents, relatively speaking. But I can't find any information on the Internet about that.
Mabye that number is so high, because of all these pedophile networks and the child pornography industry.
