Needing clarity of practical exercise in the WORK. :)

I don't know if it's the only practical one, but self-observation is definitely interesting. Personally, I haven't dived (yet) into the wisdom of, say, Gurdjieff and those lines of teaching. I came across the wisdom of Ramana Maharshi who, in my opinion, has a fantastic knowledge of the Self. You can search the Internet for his works such as "Who am I?" or "Self-examination". I personally observe the "Self" through meditation or through relationships with others. For example, I love to go somewhere in the forest/nature near the river, let's say and then go for a walk. For me, it is an extremely relaxing and peaceful activity in which, when I am in it, I perceive that I am in an altered state of consciousness. Thoughts are minimal, the inner feeling is peace and I just look at the wood, grass, river, listen to the sounds of nature and the like. If you don't do it yet, then you don't know what you're missing. ;)

Nature is really fantastic. And I think this resonance that you mention is real. I can literally feel it or even live it, so to speak. I'm so glad I fell in love with this activity (walking) and that I carry it out in a place that seems to be... It's kind of psychedelia, man. It's a real psychedelic experience. At least for me. Just today I was on Drava (Drava River; pictures below) and I sat down on a fallen tree, surrounded by wilderness and just observing. That's all I did... And I've learned so much just by observing, doing literally nothing, that it's incredible. And I think that's also the resonance you mentioned because, if you look at the tree or the water, you'll clearly see that they are doing absolutely nothing.🤣 That is, they just are. No desires, no worries, no obstacles and that, as far as I'm concerned, is a pure reflection of freedom. And then, in that environment, I BECOME LIKE THAT.
Without thoughts, without desires, without worries, all I could do at that moment was observe and that was the only right. Only pure peace, and knowledge comes by itself. No searching, simply through observing and without any analysis or defining (which is limiting something) things. Interestingly, Jeffrey Grupp talks about "natural and dark ecstasy", which states that consciousness is psychedelic in nature, that is, that it has a psychedelic form, and that all life and nature are therefore made up of fractal psychedelic forms. And that cities, houses, buildings actually destroy that synchronicity between us and nature because cube-shaped buildings have nothing to do with the true fractality of Nature itself. At least that's my opinion... It's a good thing you wrote that, you reminded me of that connection.
