Neighbor reports getting flash-burns through window

I just read this odd report in a "Neighbors" website by someone on my side of town: "For about 8 months I've been seeing flashing beams in my windows during the day and night. I've heard of equipment they're using that will burn. I'm experiencing severe burning and kids also involved and two cats that's almost burned enough that they need medical attention. I didn't know if anyone around here has seen kids or adults around here with that kind of weapon. I'm in extreme pain. It's mainly from Tyler Kill Road to Wheat Road. No I'm not on any drugs."

Need more data. Find out where she lives and go talk to her and check out the landscape and surroundings.

A neighbor's reply today was enlightening: "You’re an idiot!!!! Meth is a drug Jody!!! Please get help before someone gets really hurt!!! We are praying for ya!!" If that explanation is refuted, then I'll investigate further.
