Found this in my email.

A major research institution has just announced the discovery of
the heaviest element yet known to science. The new element has been
named "Governmentium." Governmentium has one neutron, 12 assistant
neutrons,75 deputy neutrons, and 224 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 311.

These 311 particles are held together by forces called morons,
which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.

Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected,
as it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A minute amount of
Governmentium causes one reaction to take over 4 days to complete,
when it would normally take less than a few seconds.

Governmentium has a normal half-life of 4 years; it does not
decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant
neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact Governmentium's mass
will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause
more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes. This characteristic of
moron-promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed
whenever morons reach a certain quantity in concentration.

This hypothetical quantity is referred to as "Critical Morass".
When catalyzed with money Governmentium becomes Administratium,
an element which radiates just as much energy, since it has 1/2 as
many peons but twice as many morons.

Heaviest Element Discovered ~

Research has led to discovery of the heaviest element yet known to science. The new element, Governmentium (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.

These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons. Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A minute amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that normally takes less than a second to take as long as 4 years to complete.

Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2-6 years; it does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neurons and deputy neurons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization causes more morons to become neurons, forming isodopes.

This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass.

When catalyzed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium, which has half as many peons but twice the number of morons. Poisoning by this metal is lethal at small doses.

Scientists discover new element

The heaviest element known to science was recently discovered by university physicists. The element, tentatively named Administratium, has no protons or electrons and thus has an atomic number of 0.
However, it does have one neutron, 15 assistant neutrons, 70 vice neutrons and 161 assistant vice neutrons. This gives it an atomic mass of 247. These 247 particles are held together in a nucleus by a force that involves the continuous exchange of meson-like particles called morons.
Since it has no electrons, Administratium is inert. However, it can be detected chemically as it impedes every reaction it comes into contact with. According to the discoverers, a minute amount of Administratium added to one reaction caused it to take over four days to complete. Without the Administratium the reaction ordinarily occurred in less than one second.
Administratium has a normal half life of approximately three years, at which time it does not actually decay but instead undergoes a reorganization in which assistant neutrons, vice neutrons and assistant vice neutrons exchange places. Studies seem to show the atomic number actually increasing after each reorganization.
Research indicates that Administratium occurs naturally in the atmosphere. It tends to concentrate in certain locations such as government agencies, large corporations and universities. It can usually be found in the newest, best-appointed and best-maintained buildings.
Scientists warn that Administratium is known to be toxic, and recommend plenty of fluids and bed rest after even low levels of exposure.

Re: Scientists discover new element

Ah Dreamrider, I almost fell for it initially: you nearly pulled it off having me believe it was about a genuine particle (in milliseconds though)

It can usually be found in the newest, best-appointed and best-maintained buildings.

How true. Here is proof: _http://gigapica.geenstijl.nl/2013/06/boetes_zijn_een_lucratieve_business.html

This office building with lavish interiors was recently opened at the Marnix State in Leeuwarden (Friesland, The Netherlands).

This building houses the national fine service: Central Judiciary Collect Bureau, which collects all fines and all executions of sentences to a money penalty, nation wide (16 million plus inhabitants). So most of us paid for that in more than one way... ;)

More about it (in Dutch) here:

Hi Palinurus, yes it got me too initially! :)

Interesting link you provided too. Thanks

I believe it also the most dense element, increasing in density as a body of Governmentium accrues more morons. Eventually, or so I've heard, the moron mass ratio becomes too great for the neutron nucleus to maintain it's structure, which the morons attach themselves to. The atomic collapse results in most of the morons and neutrons being disintegrated. What's left is then Patholium, a relatively inert element which carries all the properties of Governmentium, but are only activated when it comes into contact with a sufficient moron mass.
