New Pentagon Footage?

Fox news reported that new footage of the pentagon strike would be released today at 1pm EST. They say it's in response to a FOIA from Judicial Watch.

From CNN, Sounds like it's going to be more of the famous 5 frames.
 
Fox News -- that bastion of fair and balanced cow dung (equal amounts of sacred cow and sacred dung I suppose) -- sez that the U.S. gov will release the video on the Pentagon web site around 2pm EST.
 
I saw a bit of it on Fox and it looks like the same old footage. Maybe they've released a few more of the frames or something but it's the same angle. 1 frame with a nosecone.
 
Just saw a clip on Fox -- nothing but the same old crap unless there is more to the released segments than Fox showed. A big explosion, no flying plane debris as one might expect when a gigantic aluminum can with wings (the supposed airliner) slams into a super-reinforced concrete wall. Geez. Weak attempt at more damage control -- no pun intended.
 
Well that's odd, because in the Fox News article it says: "...when the Pentagon releases footage from two angles showing American Flight 77 hitting the western wall of the building on Sept. 11, 2001."
 
Fox can still claim it's correct even if the angle separation is about 5 degrees. It looked the same to me.
 
Ok, now I'm thinking this is just a media stunt. The footage doesn't look that new and if there is a frame with a plane it won't change people's opinion of what happened. They release this one new video (one of many they should have). Now they get to talk more about it with their talking heads promoting thier talking points.
 
I just watched this, courtesy of the BBC.

Nothing special, shows something zooming in low, looks too small to be a plane, about the right size for whatever made that 10 foot hole...say a missile!!

If anyone is taken in by this....but then, why not!

One has to speculate over the timing of this release - they said it was because of the recent trial, it might predudice the guy or something.

They are such bastions of democracy....

Honestly, it makes you weep.

Just a further thought. The Pentagon strike video (the real one) has been seen by around 300-500 million people around the world, but somehow none of those were journalists with the guts to report this seriously. Ok, I think there were a few articles, but nothing major.

Then this bunch of crap comes out and we are all Foxed and BBc'ed continuously. I think this tells us all we need to know about those particular organisations.

I think Joe has commented several times, it is a classic manouevre - tell a big enough lie for long enough, and you can get away with anything, particularly considering the level of education/interest in many parts of the world...
 
On BBC News 24 they actually suggested that this 'new footage' might address some 'conspiracy theories which suggest that the Pentagon faked the attack'.

Perhaps releasing more of the confiscated footage from surrounding businesses might be a more logical approach to this, idiots. Don't suggest that this will never happen, you might lose your job! In fact, don't even make any allusions to any other footage or the physical evidence, the Pentagon Strike flash, Thierry Meyssan etc.
